“Had a lovely week holiday at Devon Cliffs the caravan was very clean & tidy upon arrival .”

The view from the caravan front is amazing full sea view . Not from the entertainment & very close parking to the caravan . The owner Nigel was brillant leading up to the holiday & after i would defo book this caravan again 5 stars .

“We had a lovely stay at Devon cliffs.”

We had everything within walking distance. There was lots to do on site for both my children aged 2 and 9. Swimming facilities was very busy at times but was kept very clean. Really pleased with our caravan it was spacious and clean and equipped and the views were amazing. Had continued communication with Nigel before and after our stay. We will deffinately stay again.

“We have just come back from a wonderful stay at Devon Cliffs.”

The caravan was beautiful, modern, spacious. But the best part had to be the position on the campsite. The views were utterly stunning, we watched the sun rise above the cliffs and sea most mornings, it was so beautiful. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing too and we are so Thankful to Nigel for the quick communication and positive support he gave throughout the booking process. Highly recommended ??

“Have just returned from a fantastic weekend staying in this beautiful caravan at Devon cliffs!”

The caravan was perfect for our needs. A new caravan, extremely clean and of a high standard. Located Not far from reception and amenities and the view from the caravan is just spectacular ! From the moment I booked, Nigel was extremely helpful - sent me everything I needed to know and was very accommodating with the arrival and departure time. Will most definitely be booking again for next year :)

Caravan was clean and was fully equipped with everything needed for a brilliant holiday. We were able to take our two cats which helped make the holiday stress free. Caravan situated in a quiet area of the park, not to far away from the entertainment and with a lovely view.

The property

Fabulous holiday park right on the coastal footpath with direct access to a large private sandy beach. The caravan has a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen.

3 bedrooms (one double and 2 twins).

A bathroom with shower, WC and WHB.

And a separate toilet.

There is also a double sofa-bed in the lounge.

It is situated at 21 Karo Place, with no caravans in front to obstruct the gorgeous sea views.
