CLIFFS CORNER ROWAN MEADOWS DEVON CLIFFS HOLIDAY PARK SANDY BAY EXMOUTH Prices for 2025 now show Saturday-Saturday bookings only. Duvets/pillows & soft furnishings all brand new 2025 and yearly replaced. Our caravan 'Cliffs Corner' has a large wrap around Veranda with gate for safety of children, table and chairs and a lovely panoramic view of the sea from our elevated corner position on Rowan Meadows at Devon Cliffs award winning holiday park, in a quiet area of the park but only a 5 minute walk from the complex. There is lots of parking areas including disabled right next to us and you can also pull up on to the grass at the kitchen door for easy unloading/loading. From the Veranda leading through the french doors to the lounge you will find a free standing comfy sofa and chair, electric fire, Free-view flat screen TV & DVD player & a stereo.

The lounge is separated by a door to the kitchen/dining area giving seperate rooms just like at home & unusual in a caravan. The Kitchen/Diner has separate full size fridge & a full size freezer, gas oven & hob, kettle, toaster & microwave.

All the kitchenware and utilities you require can be found to make it home from home!.

A free standing table and 4 chairs for dining with full length window gives you a bright dining area.

An outside kitchen door leads back on to the side of the veranda. A door leads through to the hall for bedrooms allowing you to seperate the bedroom and living areas Ironing board, hairdryer, iron, clothes-airier, hoover are also found for your use. The main bathroom has a double shower, sink & toilet with plenty of shelving area behind the mirror. The larger than average double bedroom also has an en-suite toilet & sink and plenty of wardrobe space, vanity unit & drawer space as well as a freeview flat-screen TV.

There is plenty of room if you need to use a travel cot. The twin bedroom has to 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a double if required.

With a Wardrobe and overhead storage space. We supply all duvets and pillows, please bring your own linen.

New Duvets & Pillows are purchased every March yearly.

Our cleaner can make up your beds with fresh bed linen for your arrival at a cost of £30 for you if required. Central heating and double glazing throughout. Devon Cliffs does not have internet access apart from in their venues so we have added our own internet box to help you get full free internet access with EE.

We take no responsibility in the internet happens to not work as offered for free. We allow careful smokers on the outside veranda area. The main entertainment complex at Devon Cliffs is only a few minutes walk from the holiday home and there are main coastal path walk to either Exmouth or Budleigh Salterton.

The surrounding areas have much to offer to the tourist from quiet parks and stately homes to fun packed theme parks.

Please note that the site is closed over the Winter months.

We prefer to take only take 7 day bookings or more from Satuday - Saturday.

A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your holiday date & full payment must be made 6 weeks before your arrival. A £80 security deposit is required and returned within 7 days of you vacating the property after we have ensured all is how you found it.

Price is for accommodation only including all gas, electric and water and does not include Haven play fun passes or activity bundles.

Just head straight to our caravan on arrival to Devon Cliffs and collect your keys at the front door from our key safe system to find a clean and comfy home from home!

Access from 3pm on day of arrival and please leave by 10am on departure date to allow cleaners in. DEVON CLIFFS AWARD WINNING HAVEN HOLIDAY PARK - The Complex is 5 minute walk away and comprises: "Bugsy" entertainment lounge (aimed at the younger children) "Capones" entertainment lounge (For family/grown up entertainment) Convenience store & bakery Amusment Arcade Burger King Papa John's Pizza Cook's fish & Chips Chopstixx noodle bar "Mash & Barrel Cafe Bar (Serving breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) Sports Bar with various wide screen TV's showing Sky Sports Heated swimming pool with slides etc. Various sporting activities, mini golf, bungy trampolines, segways and so much more. AS WELL AS Private Blue flag Beach Beach Bar Beach restaurant Plenty of outdoor play areas with equipment Wall climbing & Aerial Adventure There is also a large Tesco approx 1 1/2 mile away from the site Exmouth is approx 2 miles away which offers it's own entertainment and sandy beach Havens site rules do not permit us to accept bookings from groups of people under 25 nor single sex group bookings. .Haven Devon Cliffs are following all guidelines set our by the government making your holiday stress free.

If you book your holiday with us we have to pass on your email, names and phone number info to the site office who will under data protection dispose of within 21 days.

We will also require your registration plate number for arrival at the park, which once we pass on to them they will send you an email with a code for entry. I hope this answers some of your questions with regards to booking our caravan.

Exeter 11.5 miles.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
