“We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely modern caravan for four nights in July of 2025.”

It is situated in one of the most desirable areas of the park. The view is absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

“Really lovely & comfortable home, the view is absolutely stunning.”

The only thing I would say is that on arrival my partner had to re hoover the lounge as it was covered in dog hair & we had to give the bathroom a clean over. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing! Many thanks

CW5 caravan was perfect . This is a luxury caravan with beautiful views and everything you could possibly want from a caravan . Caravan was spotless and Andrew kept in touch to make sure we were happy with everything. This was our second time of staying in CW5 and was as lovely as we remembered. Can’t wait to go back .????

“Lovely Lodge with a stunning view.”

We have been going to Devon Cliffs for 10 years and this is by far the best one we have stayed in for lodgings, View, area. Can't wait to go back. Only fault is no WiFi.

“We would like to say a big Thank You for our amazing holiday!”

! The accommodation was superb, the views were amazing! We have stayed at Devon Cliffs many times, but this was something else. Uninterrupted views, 5 minutes from the beach and all amenities, beautifully maintained accommodation, with the biggest decking we have seen. Absolutely everything you could wish for! The owner Rebecca couldn't be more helpful, with immediate responses to any queries we had. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone who loves Devon Cliffs, you will not be disappointed, its an absolute treat!

“Lovely caravan with fantastic views of Sandy bay and out to sea.”

Just a few little things would add value, toilet brushes, small table and chairs on veranda. Handle on inside of door in ensuite and bigger toaster and Wifi Really enjoyed our stay though and would book again as we enjoyed it so much!

“This was definitely our best stay in the most well maintained and luxurious place at willows 19.”

You can feel tge love put into it. To top it all it has the best views by far. Been going here for 20 years and this accommodation was simply the best. So clean and with all the mod cons and very well looked after. Booking again and again asap. 5 gold stars . Absolutely loved it !!!!!!!

“Wow! When we arrived we couldn’t believe our luck, what you get for the price is amazing, one of the best on site.”

The lodge is stunning, beautifully presented and has an enviable location overlooking the sea in a peaceful area of the park. The park is super friendly with plenty to do and I loved that it had a beach bar/restaurant perfect for chilling away from the usual park entertainment and even better it’s a short walk from lodge. You won’t want to leave :)

“Nice caravan, clean with good sea views.”

Nice seating area outside with fairy lights which my children loved. Comfortable beds (better then my own) and games for children including tarots cards which my teenager loved reading our future. Shower was nice and having 2 toilets was a blessing with 2 teenage girls. Everyone enjoyed themselves at Devon cliffs.

“Lovely clean caravan in a convenient location for all activities.”

Rebecca was very helpful from booking to assisting in getting swimming slots booked with Haven. Caravan value for money is a 7 because parents with school children are always expected and have to pay virtually double for any holidays during school holidays. The property

Brand new Lakewood lodge located on the Willows, right next to the southwest coastal path.

The willows is a sought after area of the park as it is a one minute walk to the beach, shops, park and a sea view restaurant.

The main entertainment complex is a short ten minute walk or a two minute drive. The lodge has its own parking space located to the front of the pitch.

The pitch boasts a big grass area all around the lodge which can be used for games, picnics or just relaxing. We have a full glass wrap around decked area with glass panels seating included for some alfresco dining on those long summer evenings whist enjoying the front row position of this lodge, taking advantage of the magnificent panoramic sea views. Bed linen is included in the cost of the booking.

There are Lots of children’s parks, nature walks and plenty of activities to suit all of the family including archery, swimming, climbing experiences, Segway’s, basketball court, football and plenty more.

Live entertainment is provided by Haven seven days a week if you have entertainment passes.

You will have the opportunity to purchases passes online once you have made your booking.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
