The property

Our beautiful caravan is situated at the 5 star Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in the gorgeous East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

It is a 12ft wide Willerby Seasons with 3 bedrooms (1 double and two twin) There is tons for the kids (and adults) to do, with so many places to visit, and a stunning beach just 5 minutes walk away! The caravan has a large decking area with sea view; situated on a nice quiet area of the park between the private beach and the entertainments centre within a few minutes walk. You just need to bring your bedding and towels & get straight on with enjoying yourselves! You can unload outside the caravan & then park up in a bay just seconds away from the caravan. To tell you a little about what we can offer you: * 3 bedroom, deluxe caravan with a sea view * 5 minute stroll to the beautiful award-winning Blue Flag beach of "Sandy Bay" * Lots of places to visit for families * Early check in from 2pm so you can beat the queues * Quiet pitch, making it safe for children to play outside * 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 twin) * 12ft wide caravan with spacious interior and high ceilings * Choice of 2 car parks a minutes walk away * 5 min walk to the complex for the supermarket and takeaways (or have takeaways delivered to the caravan) * Microwave * Large Fridge * Shower room with toilet, plus second toilet Sorry but strictly no pets or smokers & BBQ's are not permitted on the plastic decking We take a non-refundable deposit of £100 (at booking) which is held as a security deposit & returned to you within 48 hours after you check out provided there is no damage or breakages. The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
