The double bed was very comfortable and the room spacious.
Although the twin room was lovely, its better for young kids not adults.
The owner was great with communication before our holiday, any questions asked were answered pretty quick, id give a 5 star for communication.
The caravan had sea views, also walking distance to the mini market and other ammenities.
We didnt get a pass for any activities as we wasnt there for that side of the park, we had my small dog with us, we just wanted a nice week away.
I couldnt fault the caravan or owner, also great price, my only gripe was the inconsiderate campers who were loud leaving the area close to us where i guess the club was or indoor activities.
You had alot of teens or young adults screaming and shouting, or those walking past the caravan were loud, im old school and was raised to be quiet of an evening when passing caravans.
Id have loved this caravan to have been in a more quiet area of the park.
Its a great location if you have a family and want to use all the parks facilities.
We did go off the park every day so i could show my friend different places.
I visit Exmouth regular but usually in a campervan, avoiding big caravan parks, this was a treat break for my 50th.
I have nothing but positivity for this owner and her very clean beautiful caravan.
The dog was even thought of as there were 2 large dog bowls left out for those taking their fur babies.
