A little bit of information about our caravan is detailed below.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information or enquiries you may have. This 2016 model deluxe 36x12ft 6 berth caravan has 3 bedrooms and is situated in Beech Walk, a lovely area of the Park within a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the resort complex. The main bedroom has a double bed and the 2 smaller bedrooms have twin beds.

There are 2 toilets and a shower.

The lounge area is open plan with an electric fire and has a large TV/DVD together with a PlayStation 3 & various games. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, all crockery, pots and pans. The caravan is double glazed and has full Gas Central heating throughout. For your convenience and enjoyment we have a 24ft gated veranda Patio area with table and chairs for you to be able to sit outside and enjoy the Great British weather (!!!). You will be able to check in from 2pm.

Check out is strictly 10am. Sorry, we do not allow smoking in the caravan, nor do we allow pets. As a rule, Haven does not permit stag or hen party’s, or all male or female groups. For all bookings we require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

We also require a further £100 refundable damage bond that will be fully returned as long as the caravan is left in the same clean condition and there is no damage to the caravan or equipment. Entertainment passes are not included in the price and are available from the parks reception.

There is a £2 admin charge per pass if not brought 7 days prior to your arrival so it’s best to book them early.

Linen is not provided - You will need to take this with you.

In and around the park: - Dartmoor National Park - A rugged mix of moorland, woods, and granite-topped hills. - Discover the gateway to the world heritage site, the Jurassic Coast.

Follow a cliff top walk with stunning views of the famous coastline.

- Visit Paignton and you'll find a long pleasure pier and a fantastic Zoo. - Enjoy a family day out at Crealy Great Adventure Park - plenty of Animals and lots of rides. - Visit Plymouth - 'Britain's Ocean City'.

Lots of restaurants and bars around the Harbour as well as 'Drakes Circus' shopping mall.

Plymouth is also home to the National Marine Aquarium.

Approx. 1 hour drive. - Visit Exmouth - a small port town approx. a 5 minute drive from Devon Cliffs and has a large beach front with bars and plenty of things to keep the kids occupied. Exeter 11.5 miles.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
