The quality of bedding and linen provided was excellent. All the electrical equipment functioned well, and Paula was very prompt in responding to our questions and keeping us updated.

“We absolutely loved it!”

The caravan was spacious, homely and very clean. The enclosed outside decking area was a lifesaver, and a favourite with the kids (our autistic son likes to run off so it gave us a much needed break!). There are two toilets - this proved extremely useful after time down at the beach. I can't stress this enough... you are soooo close to the beach. It was amazing to be able to get out of bed, quickly stroll down to the beach, enjoy a swim and be back at the caravan in no time. This allowed us to fit so much into our day, just simply by not having to plan a trip to the beach - you really are that close. The owner has been exceptionally helpful, polite and friendly throughout the booking process and our stay. We would book this caravan again in a heartbeat. Thank you for an awesome holiday!

“Loved the van and the location so near the beach, and there were lots of extras we weren’t expecting.”

The only things I can think of were that it was nice to have a proper table and chairs although it only seated 4, and it was very near the road but that meant it was not far to empty the car! We had a fabulous week thank you

3 bedroom 2 bathroom sleeps 6/8 but can accommodate 10 with the 2 double sofa beds in the lounge. Close to amenities and the beach. Large decking area. Beds made upon your arrival. Towels included as well as a complimentary beverage pack.

Complimentary cleaning equipment. Parking directly outside but is communal so is on a 1st come 1st served basis. Everything you need to enjoy your stay a home from home. Fully equipped kitchen. Sorry no pets/smoking allowed. Passes sold separate from Haven directly.

Exeter 11.5 miles.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
