2nd bedroom has x2 full size single beds, 3rd bedroom has x2 small singles ,1 of which folds under the other to allow more floor space to play or space to use a travel cot.

2nd & 3rd bedrooms have blackout blinds.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction.
