The caravan boasts lots of extras for guests to enjoy.
There is a large gated veranda with seaviews, TVs in all bedrooms, travel cot, bumbo seat, stroller pushchair with rain cover.
Selection of DVDs, toys and games to keep little ones entertained.
Coffee machine for the adults!
It is well loved and cared for by its private owners who wishes the guests have a great time and have an amazing holiday.
Lounge - There is ‘L’ shaped seating in the lounge, electric fire, DVD player.
Stroller pushchair for your use if needed with rain cover.
Selection of DVDs, toys and games.
Kitchen - Under counter fridge and under counter freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan.
Iron and table top ironing board.
All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Dining Area - Freestanding table and chairs.
There is a bumbo baby seat to help with feeding time for little ones.
Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed.The other bedrooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed.
Also bed settee in the lounge.
Sleeps up to 8.
TVs in all bedrooms.
There is a travel cot for use if needed.
The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases unless the linen option is purchased.
Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at a small additional cost if required.
Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.
Bathroom - Fully fitted large shower, toilet and wash basin.
There is also a separate toilet and wash basin.
Situation - The caravan is situated on The Elms 2 mins to the beach and to the South Beach restaurant and 4 mins to complex.
The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception.
Check in is 3pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
Sorry no pets and no smoking in the caravan.
