    Two days before my holiday was due to start I was emailed by kirsten to say the owner had changed her mind and no longer was renting the caravan out on the week I had paid £1400 to stay with my family. Kirsten offered a different caravan which i had no. Choice but to accept. My original caravan was 3 rows on a flat surface from the beach, shop and restaurant and the other caravan was at the top of a very steep hill near a firing range. Even my mobility scooter couldn't get me around as the ...

The property

Fully double glazed and central heated, sliding door on to fully enclosed gated veranda with patio table and chairs and beautiful seaviews. Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with upholstered cube stools. Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan.

All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans.

Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.

There is a built in dishwasher for your use. Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and 6 chairs. Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed, also ensuite wc and sink.

2 x Twin bedrooms with beds that can be pushed together to create double beds.

Sleeps 8 in total using bed settee in lounge. All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows. Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at an additional cost if required. Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc. Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet. Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with gate with beautiful seaviews. Situation - The caravan is situated on Apple Grove which is ideally situated close to complex and beach.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
