Everything was as described, so, I didn't need to contact them after that, although, they did tell me to, if needed.
On arrival we were impressed by the cleanliness. The equipment in the kitchen meant it was a 'home from home' preparing food, or keeping the space clean. I had actually packed a sharp kitchen knife and larger mugs, as previous static caravans didn't have them. I didn't need them, they provide several good quality sharp kitchen knives and plenty of mugs as well as good quality pots/pans, and crockery.
Beds were very comfortable with the bedrooms and bedding feeling fresh/ clean as everywhere else, including the bathroom areas.
The location is ideal if you enjoy a gentle less hilly walk, or, want to push yourself a little more by going across the cliff coastal path. The private beach provides space for more walking, or to do a bit of fishing, or swimming. Although I didn't do more than a bit of paddling, others braver then me, appeared to be having a lot of fun in the water. I can't comment on the sites facilities, as we didn't use them, (too busy enjoying outside), although, we did see a bowling alley/ cafe/restaurant/ outdoor swimming pool and a Spar shop on site. It appears family friendly.
I will end with the only part that I could not, in honesty, give an excellent rating, which is 'value for money', this is really based on the huge increase in cost for people booking any holidays in the UK since 2019, when 'staycations' became popular. Important to say. this static caravan price was in line with the many others I looked at. However, I gave it a 4 because in terms of my holiday experience, it was a great location in a lovely static caravan, so the cost was more than worth it to me,
I went with my partner and 2 of my grandchildren visited for 2 days(19+21yrs). We all agreed it was lovely in terms of accommodation and location, close to the beach and site facilities. We are already planning to book another visit, hopefully with the same owners.
