Exceptionally well equipped kitchen area, and plenty of storage throughout. Ample outdoor veranda with sea view. Short walk through the site to small beach, and adjacent Ham Common nature reserve very pleasant for walking. A lovely week.

“Just perfect!”

Communication with the owner was simply outstanding - have never received such great service before. Tania went above and beyond - even managed to get the children into the swimming pool for a session, despite being told by Haven that it was full. The caravan is beautiful; has everything you could possibly think of. The views are stunning; beds are comfy, and the quiet location is spot on. We've had a brilliant time - also highly recommend the Mud Trail @ Dorest Adventure Park (thank god the caravan has a washing machine!); a trip to Bournemouth, and a visit to Splashdown water park in Poole. Cannot recommend enough; will certainly return. Thank you!

“An absolutely stunning holiday lodge which was spotlessly clean, well equipped, beautifully furnished and in a peaceful position.”

Communication was excellent with Tania the owner. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, very well equipped kitchen and the furniture is of a very high quality. The armchairs were so comfortable. The balcony is south facing and the sun shines on it all day. It’s lovely to sit out on the balcony. It’s not on a busy road like some are on the site and has little traffic and it’s so peaceful at night. There’s also a lovely view of the sea. We loved every minute of our stay and were sad to leave this lovely home. It’s an absolute credit to the owners and we would definitely come back without any hesitation.

“Absolutely stunning lodge.”

The pictures really don’t do it justice. Modern and spacious with everything you could need for a relaxing break. We didn’t use any of the site facilities so I can’t comment on them, but the lodge itself is in a nice quiet spot just a few minutes walk from the main facilities. It was the perfect place to come back to after days out exploring Dorset. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it.

We have stayed in many lodges/caravans but this one is without doubt the most comfortable.Mattress in bedrooms new and good quality and the investment made in a large corner sofa that doubled up as a bed was clear to see given it provided a good sound night's sleep.Very spacious lots of storage and south facing large decking and a well designed internal layout with an island kitchen so it is easy to prepare food.Owner is reliable and payment trustworthy.All in all hard to give anything but pros can't think of any cons..Steve Roylance

“You always wonder when you book from a web site's pictures and descriptions whether you will really get what you're expecting, but in this case we certainly did.”

A very easy booking process and knowledge that help is always at the end of a phone, should it be needed. Tania is hoping her guests feel they are in a home from home, and we certainly were! The lodge was very comfortable and superbly appointed and everything you think you would need for a break away from home was there. It is very well located on the park with a simple stroll to the park facilities or beach area, and our only beef was the weather. We will surely have to return to stay in this wonderful lodge when the weather is better!

“We arrived Friday having booked through Haven to a dirty caravan situated next to a railway line.”

I was absolutely beside my self having a daughter with special needs who likes to run off this was not the start to a holiday we were promised. I contact Tania late Friday evening and explained our situation. Tania had availability for us. Once we packed and left the dreaded caravan I was absolutely blown away by her beautiful home it was like a breathe of fresh air. Very spacious,clean beautiful views and very well equipped.Including a dishwasher, Washing machine. We will definitely be returning next year. The location was lovely and quiet and not to far from the complex. I honestly can not put into words how grateful we are for letting us stay in your beautiful home and for being so understand and warm hearted.

“Having stayed in static caravans before, we were bowled over by the size and facilities this caravan had.”

Every need was provided for with fixtures and fittings equal to modern house.. from kingside bedroom with en-suite shower room to the well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine. All facilities were very clean with extra COVID protection measures provided. Easy and efficient booking procedure with the owner contactable at all times if required. The park had everything you need for your stay however it’s location is ideal to explore the Dorset area. Would not hesitate to stay here again and probably will.

The property

Formally Listing 3331 - This spacious luxury lodge is situated on Harbour View within the award winning Rockley Park. This 2 bedroom lodge has a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, Dish washer, washing machine/dryer, full size fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, plenty of cupboard space, hoover and all cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. The large open plan living area also has the dining area and a breakfast bar for more casual eating. The lounge has a large comfy corner settee which opens up into a double bed and faces the flat screen SMART wall TV.

We have Netflix.

There is also a DVD player if you would like to bring along your favourite film to watch. From the lounge there are large bi fold doors which open up onto the decking area with table and chairs, perfect for chilling out and taking in the magnificent view of the Harbour.

The main bedroom has en-suite shower room, TV and wardrobe, whilst the second bedroom is a twin room that also has wardrobe and TV in it.

There is also a second bathroom that has both shower and bath.

The parking bay accommodates 2 cars. We provide bedding, tea towels, Hand soap and hand cream & washing up liquid. This is our personal Holiday lodge, so it really is Home from Home. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park.
