    “This caravan was lovely, it had everything we needed!”

    The view was amazing! We as a family have a difficult few months so this holiday was needed! The owners were amazing would definitely consider rebooking with them again.

The property

This is our beautiful privately owned very spacious 13' x 40' Swift Moselle Lodge, Sea Shells, which is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac no through road of the prestigious Harbour View area of the park, it is open plan, which gives you a wonderful spacious holiday home to enjoy.

It has a lovely secluded garden with a tall hedged wall at the back, making it more private. We are south facing, so you can sit in the sunshine with direct frontal sea views overlooking the harbour, which is literally just a stones throw away, and enjoy alfresco dining whilst watching the beautiful sunrises and magnificent sunsets from our veranda, and literally, just watch the world sail by. Check out - 10am Parking for 1-2 cars Our holiday home has full central heating, electric fire, double-glazing, carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarm. Garden area is quite secluded making it more private, tall lovely hedged wall at the back, so the public cant walk between our caravan or cars. Entrance into -The kitchen/dining room is modern & fully equipped with everything you need. Full size integrated fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine, gas hob/cooker/grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, vegetable steamer, cutlery, wine/prosecco/gin/pint glasses, crockery, pots and pans, utensils, place mats, 2 chopping boards, dust pan and brush, broom, hoover, mop & bucket, iron & ironing board. Dining room: Table and chairs for 4 people. There's a welcome pack provided for you to get you started on your holiday, including, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, squash, fry-lite, salt, pepper, tea towels, dish cloth, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, anti-bacteria wipes, 1 hand towel per bathroom, 1 hand wash per bathroom, 1 bath/shower mat per bathroom, 1 toilet roll per bathroom. Living room – Balcony via sliding patio doors leads out onto the wrap around veranda where there is a rattan dining table and 4 chairs & 4 stools/footstools for alfresco dining.

There is a comfortable large corner sofa, which pulls out into a 4' small double sofa bed if needed (spare pillows, memory foam topper & duvet in suction space saver bag in Master bedroom wardrobe).

We now also have a new 43” Smart TV , so Netflix also accessible through your own accounts.

There are also USB charger socket points in the lounge.

There are also built in ceiling KB Sound bluetooth speakers with a remote control for radio channels and an easy link button to connect to mobiles so you can play your favourite tunes. FREE - private WiFi Main bathroom - has a toilet, wash basin and a walk in double shower. Master bedroom - is very spacious and has an en-suite bathroom, comprising of a full size bath, overhead shower, vanity basin, and a toilet.

There is a king size bed with overhead lights, bedside lamps, a large double wardrobe and drawers, overhead cupboards, a dressing table with drawers, integrated mirror light, and stool, and a 22” wall mounted TV with built in DVD player.

There is also a powerful hairdryer provided, and lots of room for a travel cot. Twin bedroom - has two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double if required, and has a large full-length deep double wardrobe, mini dressing table with drawers, and overhead cupboards for more storage, overhead lights and a bedside cabinet. We aim to make our guests feel like they are in a home from home, and will do our utmost to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. PLEASE NOTE : BBQ's of any kind are not permitted on the decking - This is for fire health & safety precautions, and it will also cause damage the veranda.

Please use the slabs provided in the garden for any BBQ use.

After guests have secured their private booking with us, Haven will send an email directly to all private guests to confirm their holiday, and another 4 weeks before their holiday, which will enable them to purchase their passes online. £100 Security Bond - refundable after satisfactory checks have been made for any breakages, loss of keys, damage to furniture or the caravan, or any extra unexpected cleaning costs required. £100 deposit on booking - non refundable, with full balance of payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Minimum 3 night stay.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

Sandbanks 5 miles; Bournemouth 5.3 miles.

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park. An excellent holiday destination at any time of the year.
