“On arrival at the caravan we found the dishwasher contained numerous unwashed items (some still covered with food) & with no dishwasher tablets supplied, I had to wash the left items by hand to eliminate the lingering odour - not the ideal start to our holiday we wanted.”

That aside, the caravan was extremely comfy with great facilities inside, excellent hot water & central heating (when needed), a great & quiet location on the park itself so would definitely recommend this stay & despite the early hiccup I would happily book this caravan in future. Regards Grant

About the location

POOLE

Sandbanks 5 miles; Bournemouth 5.3 miles.

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park.
