Bedroom one , has King size bed, TV with dvd player built in, hair dryer & straighteners, wardrobes, bed side cabinets, dressing table,window seating, en suite with shower, sink & toilet. Bedroom two has two full size single beds, TV ,wardrobe, bedside table & dressing table. Fully fitted kitchen with, cooker, hob, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, full size fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tassimo coffee machine, Dining table & four chairs. Lounge has two large comfy sofas, one is a pull out bed, 60" TV,dvd player, Bluetooth speakers in ceiling, fire, board games & dvds. Patio doors to decking area with table, two chairs & two seater sofa. Lovely peaceful area with parking for two cars. We supply a welcome Pack of tea, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits & even a bottle of wine ! We have tried to think of everything to make your holiday extra special. We are also local if there is anything you need. Sandbanks 5 miles; Bournemouth 5.3 miles.

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park. An excellent holiday destination at any time of the year.
