“Lovely caravan in a great location.”

Well equipped, clean and spacious we really couldn’t have ashes for more. Loved the extra large plot as the kids has a great place to run off energy. The view from the deck is fantastic. We would have liked a parasol for the table as it was too hot to eat our - yes we had 4 days of full on sunshine ????

“All facilities need updating especially swimming when people book a Holiday and then cannot get booked in.”

Crazy golf artificial grass all needs redoing, Chip shop people having to wait up to 3/4 hour to get fish n chips. Long queues at bars,Overall would not recommend this site to friends until their has been some serious UPDATING DONE. I have been to this site a thew times over the years and all you seem to do is keep trying to ram more Caravans on and do not update facilities of course unless you are a private owner and then you get looked after a bit better.

“Lovely positioned caravan on a spacious plot.”

Only had a short stay and weather wasn’t it’s best. However, made the most of it. Managed a couple of activities and kids loved their 3 hour session at the local water park. Communication with Annette was very good when asking for advise. Thank you for the stay.

“Perfect all round.”

Very comfortable bed in the ensuite bedroom. Lovely big TV in the lounge. Good view of the sea with excellent seating and table and chairs so very pleasant to sit and relax outside on the balcony. Communication with the owner was very good. Enjoyed the break very much and wouldn't think twice about hiring this caravan again.

“Just back from a week in this lovely well equipped caravan , amazing views , great location ,and everything you could ever need for a perfect week away.”

Having stayed in a number of caravans this is the best equipped and probably one of the best kept I have ever holidayed in. A big thank you to Annette the owner who was as helpful as can be , both dogs enjoyed the break sitting out on the veranda of an evening with the amazing view. Everything you expect from a haven site but book activities to avoid disappointment , ham common has great dog walks and is virtually part of the site . Shop is a bit more expensive as normal but with a Asda and Lidl within a couple of miles shopping is easy.

“Absolutely loved this caravan.”

it is so like a hotel apartment with luxury of everything. VIP my gandchildren thought. we were able to use the barbeque which was a nice treat for me and the children loved it. wonderful view, beach 5 mins away, honestly it was. Crabbing recommended, hrs spent there with crabbing nets. beaches in Poole 15 mins Sandgate, Bournemouth, and others so easy to drive too if you like to explore. highly recommend and had a wonderful week. thank you to Annette and husband for theircustomer service. The location on the park is perfect with a large garden to the side and the view from the balcony is lovely. The caravan itself has everything you could ever need and is very clean. Annette is so helpful and communication is excellent. We cannot wait to come back again next year.

“Harbour view 74 carers perfectly for all.”

As a family with a young child the addition of a bath, dishwasher and washing machine came in very useful. It's a beautifully kept spacious caravan with lots of outdoor space and stunning views. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if we choose to return to Rockley park.

The week we had was brilliant and the weather just added to it There were so many bonuses with caravan. I.e the table tennis which we had such great fun playing and all the games inside. We have stayed in many caravans on rockley park but this is the only one that we want to rent over and over. The views are just amazing. We are visiting in may and august again and wished we could have this van. The caravan is so spacious and has the best location on the park. Highly reccomended

Caravan and view amazing really made the holiday. Very clean and had everything you needed. The outside space was good enjoyed playing table tennis and a safe place for the children to play. Lovely caravan, beautiful location and lovely views. 4 year old grandson really enjoyed himself especially Hamworthy beach. Good choices of days out within a short distance and good facilities within walking distance. Hope to rebook next year if school holiday slot available.

“Had a fantastic long weekend with family.”

The caravan is lovely with many extra's and added luxuries including a dishwasher and washer/dryer which was great, it's in a quiet position with a big veranda and wonderful views. Our grandson really enjoyed the table tennis table which was a bonus too. Annette was very helpful and accommodating in letting us book the long weekend, would definately love to go back next year. Thank you.

“A fab caravan for all ages , I'm a mum of two children 8 and 13 also my parents came and a family friend who is 20 x we loved the caravan as soon as we entered plenty of space for as all.”

The caravan lounge was spacious, loved the bathroom having a bath was a luxury in a caravan x situation in a nice quiet area overlooking the harbour perfect x dishwasher and washing machine was added bonus x my son and daughter loved the table tennis and kept them quiet for ages nice grass area too the side safe for kids too play and still plenty of parking x close too beach where kids went crabbing x very comfortable caravan didn't want too leave x owners were very helpful all throughout the booking and while we stayed x highly recommend xx thank you for a great holiday xx

“Just returned from our second holiday to this caravan and like last year, it was perfect again.”

We cannot fault the caravan at all, it is incredibly clean, in a perfect location and has everything you could need and more. The garden is very large to the side which our children loved and the view from the decking is amazing. We sat out every night enjoying the sea view in such a peaceful part of the site. The owner is so friendly and helpful throughout the whole booking process. We will definitely be returning again and again, it really is the perfect caravan in the perfect location.

“A fantastic holiday home and friendly, courteous owners.”

We returned from our stay, very sad to have had to leave. The caravan itself was simply stunning, the plot (with it's own garden to the side) and the views were fantastic. The decked area was lovely to be able to sit on an watch the sun go down in the evening and have breakfast on in the mornings. As a family with a toddler, it was such a luxury to have a dishwasher and also the washer/ dryer. There was a wide range of both crockery, utensils and cutlery in the kitchen (really well stocked). We even had a lovely welcome drink surprise when we arrived (such a lovely touch). Also, having a bath was such a bonus and again made holidaying with our toddler much easier. The position on the park was lovely and quiet and it was only a five minute walk (if that) down to the nice little beach and play park on site. I truly can not recommend this caravan enough, and have already passed on the details to some of my friends with young families. Finally, just to touch on the correspondence/ booking process. From start to finish, Annette has been wonderful and provided us with all the necessary information and responding extremely promptly. Our security deposit was refunded almost the same day we left (though obviously I can not guarantee this service for everyone, but it was certainly our experience) Really hope we can book in for sometime next year, as it was perfect.

“Amazing caravan luckily we had almost a full week of sunshine.”

Very modern caravan with a lovely view of the bay and sunsets, far enough away from the amenities for a nice quiet nights sleep, even our daughter slept like a log. Plenty of space for three cars if needed and a nice walk to the yacht club. Make sure you take a fifteen minute trip to sandbanks the beach is amazing!

“Having just come back from Rockley Park, we would love to book again.”

The 'van was the best we have ever stayed in - including our own!- It was a quiet location, but within easy access to the centre of activity. It was comfortably furnished to a high spec.and the weather was with us to enjoy a glass of wine or two on the comfortable verandah with a lovely view of the lake. Loved it!!!!!!!!!!!

“What a fab holiday we have had.”

A perfect caravan in a quiet part of the park, near to the beach overlooking the harbour, you could sit and watch the lovely view for hours from the veranda. Light and airy, well stocked caravan, the dishwasher was a great holiday extra and the washer/dryer a godsend with a young child. The outside garden was perfect and safe for our son to play around in and the addition of a table tennis table was a pleasant surprise. The owner was efficient and helpful all the way along - thanks for a great break. Would recommend to anyone.

Caravan is perfect in a quiet part with gorgeous views over the harbour, you could sit on the verandah for hours. Luxurious and spacious inside, with a young child the washer/dryer was a godsend. “Fell in love with the caravan just from the pictures and was not disappointed when arriving to stay in this home away from home for two weeks.”

In fact, I don't think the pictures here do the lovely holiday home justice. The views from the caravan were gorgeous, the interior was comfortable, well stocked and had a little bit of luxury thanks to the dishwasher, washing machine and tumbler. “Wonderful Caravan in a great setting, very clean and well stocked with added extra's.”

Caravan Facilities were brilliant having a dishwasher was a fantastic bonus, after all, who wants to wash up on holiday? Wonderful views from the veranda which flow into the caravan, you could never get tired of looking out over the sea. The owners are very friendly and kept us well informed all the way through the booking process and beyond.Would love to go back again tomorrow, and will at some point re-book in the near future. ONCE YOU HAVE STAYED AT HARBOUR VIEW 74 YOU WILL NOT WANT TO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!! Most mobile homes are nothing like this one!!!!

Situated on one of the largest plots on Haven holidays Rockley Park this holiday home benefits from sensational views of Poole harbour from the large balcony and open plan living area. There is plenty of parking plus a large sheltered garden for children to play away from the road.

The caravan is contemporary in style with large lounge with open plan well equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms.

Two are twins with good storage and TV in each.

The Master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room and large fitted wardrobes with TV.

There is also a full bathroom with bath The large glass balcony has an outdoor corner sofa and dining table and 8 recliner chairs.

There is also a BBQ and steps down onto the garden with a table tennis table This is a much loved family holiday home which we rent out when we are not using it.

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports.
