Large modern 41' x 14' premier caravan Avon Rose on award-winning Rockley Park.

Whether you want family fun or quiet me time, this 5-star venue is the perfect location for your break.

Accommodation Master Bedroom with en-suite toilet: This room has a double bed with an encased mattress protector and fully fitted wardrobes with loads of cupboard and drawer space. Second Bedroom: This room has full-size twin beds with encased mattress protectors, fitted wardrobe and cupboard space. Third Bedroom: This room has smaller twin beds with encased mattress protectors, fitted wardrobe and cupboard space. Bathroom: The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with a vanity unit; above is a shaver plug and light. Kitchen: A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, large fridge/ freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, plenty of cupboard space and a seating area for 6 people.

There is also an iron and ironing board available. Lounge area: The lounge has free-standing furniture comprising a comfortable 3-seater settee and 2 relaxing chairs.

It also has a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, coffee table and a beautiful gas fire.

At the end of the living room, patio doors lead out onto the veranda, which is equipped with a patio table and chairs.

Facilities include indoor (with flume) and outdoor (June to September) heated swimming pools, a show bar with daily and nightly entertainment, an outdoor covered sports complex with archery, basketball, football and fencing, crazy golf, climbing/abseiling wall, children's play area, amusement area with bar and restaurant, luxury spa, bike hire, a beach café area and water sports.

Play passes, which give access to Haven activities and facilities, are not included in our prices, which are for the caravan hire only.

Park passes must be bought from Haven before or on arrival if required.

Passes are not needed for the restaurants, bar and amusement arcade but are needed if you wish to use the pools, activities or entertainment.

Haven facilities are open from Easter to October.

We have no control over what entertainment or facilities Haven provides, which is solely at their discretion. Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own towels and linen.

Alternatively, linen can be hired if required at additional cost. Location: on a 5-star holiday venue with loads of fun and amenities for children and adults alike. Also on site is a supermarket, launderette, and nature reserve with a freshwater fishing lake (in season with licence). Available to hire from 2nd March to 2nd January.

Discounts are available for longer stays during the winter months. No hen or stag parties (Haven rule).

No dogs on dangerous breeds register (Haven rule).

Dogs are accepted on the understanding that they will not be left alone in the caravan at any time (Haven rule) and must be kept off the furniture.

Any damage caused by dogs must be paid for.

They must be treated for and free of parasites.

Please pick up after your dog on park and keep your dog on a lead (Haven rule).

Strictly no smoking and no stiletto heels.

Charging of electric vehicles is strictly forbidden (Haven rule).

Please charge them at the stations provided in the car park by reception or fast charge at Yachtsman pub at end of road.

Sandbanks 5 miles; Bournemouth 5.3 miles.

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park. An excellent holiday destination at any time of the year.
