This is our lovely 3 bedroom, 6 berth, fully central heated and double glazed holiday caravan, situated on Chickerell View at Haven’s Littlesea Holiday Park in Dorset.
The caravan has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, which is fully equipped for 6 people.
Within the kitchen is a microwave, kettle, toaster, full size oven and fridge freezer.
In the living room there is a 42" Smart TV, DVD player with selection of DVDs, a Bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi is provided.
There’s also an electric fire for those chillier evenings.
There are three bedrooms, one main double with storage and a 32" TV, plus two twin bedded rooms.
Duvets and pillows are included, bed linen can be provided on request at an extra cost of £25 to cover laundry.
The shower room and toilet are separate.
Outside we have a lovely, 12’ x 6’ deck area, complete with outside furniture.
There is also a patio with furniture.
Booking Conditions
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
The final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
If bookings are made within four weeks of arrival, the full balance will be due upon booking.
A £100 refundable deposit will also be required to cover any loss, damage and/or breakages.
This will be refunded after the caravan is vacated and has been checked, with everything found to be in good order.
We will accept one well behaved pet.
Smoking is not permitted.
Location
Littlesea is well served by public transport, allowing easy access to Weymouth seafront, Portland and the surrounding areas.
Littlesea itself has an outdoor swimming pool, 2 indoor swimming pools, an entertainment complex (including amusement arcade and soft play), a sports hall, mini quads, crazy golf and much more.
Passes for the entertainment facilities on site can be purchased direct from Haven – these are NOT included in our rental price.
