The property

Czentye family's holiday home for hire, situated in the West Acres area of Haven’s Littlesea Holiday Park, offering views of Chesil Beach and just a short walk from all amenities. Our holiday home has enough space for 8 people at the time and has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms.

The twin beds can be pushed together to make a further double if preferred.

There is also a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge area.

Our holiday home has double glazing and central heating throughout. Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen, towels etc.

as these are not provided.

Bed linen can be added for extra charge if required. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a full cooker, new under counter fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery for 8 people.

There is a large seating area in the lounge, along with a coffee table, a lovely feature gas fireplace and a 43" Smart TV and a 24" TV in the main bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom.

There’s also a dining area.

Lots of toys and games for the kids to play with at the evenings. Free Wi-Fi is available in our caravan. There is a shower room with WC and wash basin, plus a further WC with hand basin.

Outside is a small patio area with a wooden picnic table.

Allocated parking is available by the caravan! Bookings & Conditions A non-refundable deposit of £75 to paid at the time of booking.

The remainder must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday start date. A £75 security deposit will also be required to cover any loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.

This will be refunded as long as everything is in order. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition - checks will be made after your departure. Bookings are Monday to Friday for 4 nights or Friday to Monday for 3 nights.

Breaks of 7 or 14 nights are available as well. Check in is after 2pm.

Check out is no later than 10am. - Strictly NO smoking/vaping! - NO pets allowed, due to allergen risk! - NO hen/stag parties! - Charging of electric cars is STRICTLY forbidden! Location Being a Haven holiday park, Littlesea Holiday Park has some fabulous facilities on offer, including: .

The popular resort of Weymouth makes an outstanding year-round holiday destination, with a wide variety of attractions on offer, appealing to all tastes and ages. The glorious golden sandy beaches have excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports, whilst from the picturesque, bustling harbour you can take regular fishing trips. A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach.
