The property

This beautiful holiday home is situated on ‘Bay View’, a very quiet, no through road, which makes it perfect for children to play outside or ride their bikes without the extra worry of traffic.

The caravan comes with double glazing, full central heating and French doors opening on to a front balcony overlooking the park and the fleet lagoon.

Next to the caravan you will find a tarmac driveway for one car and a patio area with picnic bench for those summer days/evenings along with a small grass area.

You will be welcomed to a fully equipped modern kitchen with a full-sized integrated fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and everything else you need to make your stay feel as homely as possible.

A good size dining table with 4 seats allows a great place for you to share mealtimes with your family.

Through the kitchen, there is a lovely lounge area, which includes 2 comfortable sofas.

There is a Freeview TV/DVD player with a small DVD selection to choose from and a separate built-in speaker allowing you to play music through Bluetooth or listen to the radio without needing to bring your own speaker.

A feature fireplace which is perfect to add to the homely feel especially on those winter/cooler nights!

The holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 large double room with an ensuite toilet and sink at the far end of the home.

There is a second twin bedroom and a third single room.

All bedrooms have wardrobe and drawer space.

The double bedroom has a larger wardrobe and vanity table.

The main shower room has a power shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink.

Pillows and duvets will be provided but please bring your own bed linen and towels.

This is because we do not have any on site facilities that able us to be able to wash/dry and turn around linen in between our guests.

However, our very kind cleaning team can provide bed linen for an additional charge of £50 if preferred.

It is important to remember that these prices do NOT include fun works passes, these can be purchased separately at the reception.

This is solely because we cannot control what facilities are open at the time of your holiday.

Please note that this is a non-smoking and pet free caravan (smoking only outside using the ash tray provided) and that we will be asking for a £100 deposit which will be completely refundable upon inspection that nothing within the holiday home has been damaged or gone missing. CAR CHARGING IS NOT PERMITTED This is such a wonderful family holiday home that has been in our family since I was a small child, all we ask is for everyone to have the best time but be respectful and kind.

Wells, England’s smallest city, is named after the springs which still bubble up today in the grounds of its splendid Bishop's Palace with its famous moat. Adjacent is the beautiful 12th century cathedral situated within a most attractive cathedral close and green. Nearby, Vicars Close is home to the oldest complete medieval street in Europe, and the quaint market square offers an array of interesting shops, boutiques and restaurants, and a colourful twice-weekly market. The surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty provides a wealth of scenic footpaths and rugged landscapes, and is a superb base for caving and rock climbing, and for road, biking and mountain biking. Nearby are the attractions of Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole Caves, both offering great days out. The picturesque Somerset Levels, as well as mystical Glastonbury are also situated an easy drive away. The beautiful city of Bath, with its Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, The Theatre Royal and wonderful shops, is under 30 miles away, as is the vibrant city of Bristol, which boasts a multitude of attractions, including The Zoo, Theatres, the Aquarium, the Arnol Fini Art Gallery and many more. All in all, this beautiful city makes a convenient and ideal touring base. With so much to see and do, there is something to keep everyone entertained!
