    “We really enjoyed our stay at this caravan, great location on the site and it was clean and tidy.”

    We had a small issue with the boiler which James had sorted out within 45 minutes of contact, would happily stay here again.

The property

New to let in 2025: Based in a beautiful location overlooking Chesil Beach. Inside the caravan are all the items needed for self-catering: a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, iron.

All utensils are provided, including pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery, glasses The lounge has a TV with Freeview, dining table, our price includes gas electricity and water, but we DO NOT supply Haven passes (for entertainment, swimming pool etc), these can be purchased directly from Littlesea upon arrival. Also in the living room area, there is a gas fire. There are 3 bedrooms, one double bed and two twin rooms (beds in twins can be pushed together).

All rooms have a storage space. Duvets and pillows included.

You need to bring your own linen (covers for duvet and pillows and undersheet) You also need to bring your own towels, tea towels, washing up liquid and sponge (this helps keep the costs low). Bathroom with a stand in shower, toilet and wash basin.

There is also a toilet and basin separate from the main bathroom. Caravan has small decking area suitable for smoking. Wifi available in amenities areas of the park Important Notes .

For insurance reasons, the number of guests on arrival must equal the number stated at the time of booking .

The caravan must be left in the same clean condition upon check out as it was for check in, to ensure the return of deposits .

As this is a private let, Haven reception should not be used for anything regarding the accommodation .
