I am very pleased to present 16 Swan View, a 3-bed (all heated), 8-berth caravan built in 2018, at Littlesea (DT4 9DT).
It has an excellent direct scenic view of the Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach (200 yards away).
The caravan has a small side veranda for good access into the caravan, with space for a car adjacent to it.
The caravan has WIFI, a 42-inch digital television with ambient lighting, and a large selection of DVDs and Blu-Rays for adults and children.
The lounge has a remote-controlled electric fire with multiple special effects, including mood lighting.
The master bedroom contains a double bed, whilst the other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 singles.
There is a toilet and shower room with a wash basin and heated towel rail.
There is also a 2nd toilet, with a wash basin.
Please note that duvets, pillows, and linen are provided, but not towels.
In the caravan storage box are 2 sun reclining chairs, 5 garden chairs, and a mini charcoal BBQ.
There is Wi-Fi add-on option in the caravan (£10 per stay).
We accept pet dogs but only in maximum of 2 well-trained small or 1 medium breed.
The owners must be diligent of provident in keeping them off furniture, keep them in their baskets or on their favourite blanket, and they must be excluded from bedrooms.
The caravan is 100 yards from the bus stop.
This bus will get you to Weymouth seafront in less than 15 minutes.

Please note that whilst you can park next to the caravan, this will depend on weather conditions, because access and next to the caravan is over the grass.
The caravan's grassy location means it is not suitable for wheelchairs or those with more limited mobility.
