We have managed to find this accommodation with relatively reasonable price.
The park is amazing, it is literally just on the beach. It has a lot if facilities, although, some were not working (like indoor pools). Saying that, we enjoyed the stay a lot even despite the weather.
One word of warning... Park is large and this particular caravan is in the far side of the park, so, it takes about 7-10 minutes to get to the beach.
We did not use any of the restaurants, but used their takeaway and the food there is very good.
Talking about caravan itself, it is very good spacious accomodation, located on the edge of the park overlooking the fields. So, it is very secluded. There is an amazing decking with gate (so, small kids would not escape).
There is a WiFi router specifically in the caravan, not the park central WiFi.
The beach you get to is called Preston Beach. Ot is shingled beach with some sand in tide zone. If you would go the left from the beach over large boulders, you can find quite a lot of nice fossils (predominantly shells, like bivalve, oysters, etc), but I would strongly recommend getting a hammer. Do not do it without protective glasses and gloves.
The owner is very-very helpful and responsive. It was a pleasure to rent this caravan from him.
All in all, we spent lovely week in the great place. Thank you very much to the owner and park staff.
