!!!!! It was only when l contacted you, that l had a reply. When l told them that the number on the site was not in action, she said she had a new number,!!!!! If they have a new phone number then put it on the website. I phoned Weymouth bay reception to check if the caravan owners were real as there was no communication. They kindly checked for me, to put my mind at ease. We had booked the weekend away as it was my daughters 30th birthday, so we booked it as a surprise for her, l don't know who does the cleaning for the caravan but it was not to the standard of a caravan from Haven. In all l think there should have been more communication from the owners
