The property

A well-equipped Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 6 berth caravan ideal for families, friends or couples. The caravan has South-facing double French doors that open up to the decking with garden seats, a patio below with the pub bench leading to a large grass area.

There is also gated decking to the main entrance door.

With lots of room to spread out and relax its perfect for outside dining, sunbathing or just a glass of wine and a book to unwind after a day out. The caravan is fully double-glazed with central heating for those chilly early/late season mornings and evenings.

Free Haven WiFi is available within the caravan and throughout the park and with the 42" Smart TV connected to the WiFi, guests can use their own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts for additional TV viewing.

Both TV (main and bedroom) have Free Sat TV connections.

The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a four-ring gas hob, oven with separate grill, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, full-size fridge freezer and all the cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and storage required for a large family. The dining table seats six and in the open plan main lounge area the large sofa seats four with an additional two seater so finding your comfy spot is not an issue.

There are also two pull-out foot stools that can be used as seats.

The bedrooms consist of: - a main bedroom with double bed , vanity table with stool, TV, wardrobes and en-suite toilet.

Plenty of storage spaces and USB charging sockets either side of the bed - second larger twin room with storage - third smaller twin room with storage.

Both twin rooms have storage space under the beds, which is ideal for suitcases etc. All rooms have central heating with thermostat-controlled radiators. The family bathroom includes a powerful shower, mirrored bathroom cabinet, towel hooks, sink and toilet. The caravan is situated in a quiet area but only 5 minutes walk to the main Haven clubhouse and amusements.

By following the signs through the park, it's a 15-minute walk to the dog-friendly Bowleaze Cove where you will find a sand/shingle beach, fun fair, restaurant and bar.

Water sports such as pedalos, canoes and kayaks are available from the local vendors.

If you choose to walk over the hill, you will be greeted at the top with a spectacular view of Weymouth and Portland. There are local pubs nearby such as The Spice Ship, Bridge Inn and The Springhead with its views of the White Horse on the hill at Osmington.

All local pubs are dog friendly, serve food everyday (booking advisable during peak season) and have plenty of onsite parking.

The park has a local supermarket but there are also a couple of local shops just outside the park that sell daily newspapers and groceries but within Weymouth itself you can find an Asda, Morrison's, Sainsbury's and Aldi's for your main weekly shop.

The park also has a Papa Johns that delivers directly to the caravan.

Local Chinese takeaway restaurants also delivery but only to the main park entrance.

There is a bus service from within the park (during high season) or at the park entrance which will take you straight into Weymouth town centre where you will find amusements, restaurants, pubs ,shops selling a variety of goods and of course, the award-winning golden sandy beach with its, donkeys, kiddie rides and the renowned Punch and Judy. Haven Fun passes are not included with the hire of the caravan but can be arranged at the standard Haven prices.

Alternatively, they are available from reception (form required).

There are some activities on park that do not require passes but please check when you arrive on park. Small dogs are welcome but owners must provide their own bedding and use the vacuum cleaner provided to hoover up pet hairs.

Costs associated to excessive cleaning of pet hairs by our cleaners will be deducted from the security bond.
