“Had a fantastic time at Bayview 114.”

Caravan had everything we needed like a home away from home. Spotlessly clean and great location. 5 min walk to the centre. Weather was lovely so we got to enjoy sitting out on the decking. Beds really comfortable and the shower was really great. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks

“Fantastic caravan in a fantastic location, right near the beach and not too far to walk to the main complex.”

Caravan was as described and pictured. The owner Tracy was on hand to answer any questions I had and responded very quickly. Other reviews have complained about the wifi not working, however with speaking to the owner, i was able to position the wifi in an area where it worked perfectly well for the week, which was a god send for the kids with there phones and tablets. Would highly recommend.

“Loverly caravan, but had some issues.”

One of the TVs in the bedroom was not working, remote’s for the TVs had no batteries, no Wi-Fi working at all, the electricity cut out and had to have security come to put it back on. Caravan has a book for comment’s, and some had same issues. No contact by owner. The caravan was close to the beach, and that was great.

Have just had a lovely few days at the caravan, was very cozy in the evening, the bed was made up on arrival and the mattress was of top quality so had a really nice sleep, shower was great to, kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed, even tho it’s October we still sat out on the decking with a cuppa, situated in a quiet location easy enough to get to beach and a stroll to the main area,

“Lovely caravan nice and clean, well equipped kitchen only thing I would say is missing is a bottle opener and tin opener.”

The caravan had sea views lovely sitting out on the veranda at night as we had our dog so didn't go to the entertainment. The owner Tracy kept us informed about how to get the keys ect and if we needed to contact her she replied promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Caravan has all the facilities which gives you feel like home.Wifi really bad also the mobile coverage is so poor.if there is a decking on the side then it wil b the best Place in The park to Stay.

“We feel this caravan has been wrongly advertised.”

1..says comes with parking bay…..it was a lay-by on road 2…Wi-Fi..didn’t work 3…no Netflix 4.. play station couldn’t use as controls were filthy 5…barbaque filthy with cigarettes ends 6…single bed had skin and hair on duvet..

We feel this review to be inaccurate 1... description says there is parking to the rear, which there is, there is a large parking bay. Definitely not on a lay-by 2... There is wifi in the caravan, this can be slow throughout the park on peak dates, which is outwith our control 3... We have never advertised netflix, there is however a smart t.v which you can put your netflix on, but we don't supply that 4... bbq is permanently outside for all guests to use & should be cleaned out by previous guests as per terms and conditions My cleaners also saw a male on the morning of your departure with a lit cigarette inside coming out of our caravan, when it's strictly no smoking. You didn't mention any issues while you were there except for the wifi, Very harsh review, We have many 5 star reviews on our Facebook page Property Owner

“I am just back from spending the weekend at Tracy's caravan.”

We had a great weekend. Tracy was so helpful.The caravan was so clean and organised and there was lots of space. The location was perfect - great views of the sea and a short walk to the entertainment complex. Beds were very comfortable. We will hopefully be back soon. Thanks for a great weekend.

“Last minute breakaway for my husband and I and we were delighted with this caravan.”

Walking in it was spotlessly clean and felt like home from home with all the comforts you needed. Bed was very comfortable and it was great having a full size cooker and fridge freezer. It was lovely to have milk, tea. coffee and biscuits left for us along with some beautiful toiletries, something we were not expecting. Tracy was very helpful and easy to contact should you need to. We will definitely be booking again soon.
