“The caravan was lovely ,well equipped great locality and view.”

No pass for venue, £75 to buy one that just let's you in the door, then you have to pay for games etc. My adult autistic son likes to play a game of bingo, but it would have cost £75 entry. Issues with caravan cleaning, kitchen food appliances were dirty, the foreman grill was mouldy with food debris on it, the toaster had not been cleaned, the frying pan was dirty , the hoover was choked with dirt and would not pick up, i could not hang my clothes up, the wardrobe was full of random ...

Issues with caravan cleaning, kitchen food appliances were dirty, the foreman grill was mouldy with food debris on it, the toaster had not been cleaned, the frying pan was dirty , the hoover was choked with dirt and would not pick up, i could not hang my clothes up, the wardrobe was full of random stuff. There was soiled bed covers smeelling of urine stuck under the divan bed along with a pair of shorts left behind. This holiday was for my disabled son who looked so much forward to it. Otherwise i would have about turned on arrival , this coupled with no means of entertainment was a huge dissapointment and sadly will outline cleaning process failure. The owners seemed pleasant enough . I don't expect to have to clean anything on a hired caravan holiday.

Hi, sorry to hear about the issues you had whilst staying at the caravan. The passes are to be bought separately from haven which is explained in the email they send you before arrival. Owners are not responsible for passes and unfortunately cannot supply them. The 'random' stuff in the wardrobe is spare pillows and duvet for the pull out sofa bed. Due to this being an adapted caravan for disabilities, there are also a couple of items in there that some guests need for hoists etc, these can easily be moved to one side if you need more clothes storage. The bedding underneath the electric bed is 2 items of spare bedding stored there & not for guests use as is not usually accessible to guests due to it being stored out of the way there. It is not soiled & doesnt smell of pee. I do find it unusual that you mentioned in the review that you would have left straight away. when you phoned a day before you were due to leave, asking about price to stay an extra few nights, Property Owner
