“Great holiday had by all.”

The caravan was in a perfect position, sea view, Looking over to isle of Aaron. From wee rabbits in the morning to Dears in the afternoon. Plenty of things to do to keep busy or just relax. Bonus, was we had lovely weather, sitting on the terrace with a glass of something cold, enjoying the views. Recomend a visit. Heres to the next time.

“5* stay, there was not a fault to find for my family and I.”

This lodge is simply stunning, from the size, decor and all facilities it provides. The location is perfect, you get the beautiful sight of the beach but not a lot of background or environment noise, just perfect. As a family we come to disconnect and this is what we were provided with from the lodge and site area, Catherine’s communications were excellent, thank you.

“Lodge location is next to an old sewerage tank which clearly isn’t sealed so the whole area absolutely smelt rotten!”

My advice would be to avoid as ruined our stay and Catherine wasn’t interested in trying to offer any sort of gesture or take it up with Haven - lodge itself was OK but bit tired and needs some attention - TV broken, Kitchen Cupboard peeling, all toilet seats loose, towel rails loose, missing blind strip in one of the bedrooms decking gate cable tied open so couldn’t close gate. Would not return even if they paid me!!

This guest contacted me saying there was a smell OUTSIDE my lodge and his mother couldn’t sit out I responded saying I was sorry IF that I was the case but I am not responsible for the environmental surroundings there is an animal park nearby and some farms which he would have known about before booking he asked could I compensate for this BEFORE he puts on a review with ukcaravans4u I obviously did not comply with this request hence the extremely bad review I have hundreds of guests at my lodge over the years and never had any complaints Thank you owner Property Owner

“Just back from out stay at this beautiful lodge.”

This is the second time we have stayed here. Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on the park. Lodge is amazing. Plenty room, bedrooms are a good size and beds are very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 showers is a game changer when we have 2 preteens with us. Amazing views of the Isle of Arran and right by the beach which the kids loved. Perfect for sitting relaxing on the decking with sea view and family walks on the beach at night. Can't wait to return.

Owner was fantastic , met us when we got to park, as I had never been to site before, had no idea what I was doing. The lodge is amazing, fantastic sea view, that close you can relax listening to the waves. The owner is very friendly and helpful, will definitely be back. X

The property

This is our platinum+ grade lodge sited on a prime front row beach pitch at Kingsbarns in the quiet golf village section of the park. This lodge is currently being rented as a 3 bedroom unit which can sleep up to 8 guests using a pull out double in the massive lounge area. This Oyster Bay lodge is the largest (20ft wide) and one of the most luxurious accommodations available at the park! It has a fabulous full-size decking wrapped around the front of the caravan and also has a patio set so you can sit outside and take in the stunning sea views.

This is truly home from home comfort and has many features to add to your luxury break. The lodge is equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, large screen tv and many other features. Beachfront Lodge at Haven, Craig Tara, Ayr with completely uninterrupted sea and hill views.

If you get any closer to the sea, you’d have wet feet.
