Beautiful view, wonderful sunsets and sunrises. Unfortunately, the accommodation is poor.
The kitchen was dirty, everywhere we found the remains of previous guests. Very uncomfortable single mattresses. The caravan is old and worn. Dirty sofas and carpet in the living room with stains (I suspect from animals), very unpleasant smell. Mouldy dishwasher, Broken/wobbly front door. For breaking the rules, I was deducted £20 from my deposit for leaving a few fruits on the counter in the kitchen. We had a beautiful weather and that we spent time on the terrace or on the beach, otherwise we would definitely shorten the stay.

This bad review is clearly because I requested part of the deposit £20.00 to be deducted as my cleaner had to do a deep clean after you left
It clearly states in our terms and conditions which you agreed to that no food whatsoever to be left let alone fruit which was left on counter top and food in fridge especially in hot weather, when cleaner arrived there was fruit flies everywhere
Regarding the issues with caravan been dirty and REMAINS of previous guests (do not understand what you mean by this ) and any other issues
Yet again the TC clearly states if you have any problems whatsoever to report them before 6pm on day of arrival so IF there was any issues they could have been dealt with immediately you had ample opportunity to do this
You contacted myself on Sat asking about more bed linen even although there was linen for 8beds and there was only six of you
if as you say things were so bad I don’t understand why you didn’t mention this until after you left I can only assume it’s because we deducted this small amount
I am sorry your holiday was not what you expected
