“The caravan is as described.”

The balcony has an unbelievable panoramic view of the beach. It is worth renting this accommodation for the balcony views and incredible sunsets alone. There are plenty of places to get food and drink and a reasonably priced mini market shop, which also sells freshly baked goods. We did not use the club house facilities as we had our elderly dog with us, but people we met said the facilities were really good value, especially if you have children. Catherine, the owner, was lovely and friendly ...

There are plenty of places to get food and drink and a reasonably priced mini market shop, which also sells freshly baked goods. We did not use the club house facilities as we had our elderly dog with us, but people we met said the facilities were really good value, especially if you have children. Catherine, the owner, was lovely and friendly. Nothing was a bother and she answered quickly when I needed to communicate with her. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very lucky, the weather was gorgeous, which was a bonus!

“Booking was easy, with great contact from Catherine before going with all details required, any questions I had were responded to really quickly.”

I had no need to contact her throughout the weekend I was away, as caravan great and everything straightforward. Caravan is in an ideal spot right on the beach with beautiful views from decking area. Short walking distance to entertainment etc. Caravan is nice. homely and really clean. Comfortable double bed. Wifi speed excellent. Myself, partner, 4 kids and our small dog had a lovely weekend and would book again!

“The owner is very polite and great contact.”

Beautiful view, wonderful sunsets and sunrises. Unfortunately, the accommodation is poor. The kitchen was dirty, everywhere we found the remains of previous guests. Very uncomfortable single mattresses. The caravan is old and worn. Dirty sofas and carpet in the living room with stains (I suspect from animals), very unpleasant smell. Mouldy dishwasher, Broken/wobbly front door. For breaking the rules, I was deducted £20 from my deposit for leaving a few fruits on the counter in the kitchen. We had a beautiful weather and that we spent time on the terrace or on the beach, otherwise we would definitely shorten the stay.

Sylwia This bad review is clearly because I requested part of the deposit £20.00 to be deducted as my cleaner had to do a deep clean after you left It clearly states in our terms and conditions which you agreed to that no food whatsoever to be left let alone fruit which was left on counter top and food in fridge especially in hot weather, when cleaner arrived there was fruit flies everywhere Regarding the issues with caravan been dirty and REMAINS of previous guests (do not understand what you mean by this ) and any other issues Yet again the TC clearly states if you have any problems whatsoever to report them before 6pm on day of arrival so IF there was any issues they could have been dealt with immediately you had ample opportunity to do this You contacted myself on Sat asking about more bed linen even although there was linen for 8beds and there was only six of you if as you say things were so bad I don’t understand why you didn’t mention this until after you left I can only assume it’s because we deducted this small amount I am sorry your holiday was not what you expected Regards Catherine Property Owner

Smoke alarm beebed all the time hole in duvet cover blood stain on mattress dirty linen left on floor the owner sent cleaner round she arrived at 6 o'clock just sent her away as we were there from 2 o'clock wasn't worth the money we paid left a day early won't be bookbinding again

Hi I am extremely sorry you you did not enjoy your stay and the comments that you have made but I did explain to you that it was a mistake with cleaner not cleaning that day and I arranged for her to come from her home to clean I sincerely apologised to you and you assured me it was perfectly ok I also asked you if everything else was ok and you assured me everything was fine if you would have let me know that you were unhappy I could have tried to rectify these issues This is actually the first bad review we have had in the 6yrs we have rented out Thank you owner Property Owner

Cobwebs, spiders, dirty sofa, telly not working. Sewage leak under caravan. (Owner got that fixed immediately). Weather was a big let down but that's nobody's fault.

“Took my son for a break.”

Accommodation is fantastic, sea views fabulous, lodge sits right at the front so u wake to the waves in morning, very therapeutic and calming. Son and my self had fantastic time, my older daughter and the grand children joined us, they had such a great time, they booked the Friday to Monday with Catherine. Catherine herself is a great host, quick to reply to any of your queries. Will be back again. Also I have used Catherine's other accommodation situated on the park. This 1 is also fabulous, clean, and on the shore front ????

“This caravan has to be one of the best we have ever stayed at .”

From the View from the Deck to the very comfortable mattress in the Double Bedroom, we as a family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We actually got sunny, warm weather for the three nights we were at this caravan. The beach is right on front of the Decking and you can go from the caravan straight into the water in about 30 seconds. This is such a convenient and beautiful location. I have already looked at trying to book it for next year ! The owner, Catherine, is super helpful and very accommodating to your needs , I would not hesitate to recommend this caravan, you will struggle to find one with a better location . From a very happy customer !
