The property

Homely 3 bedroom beachfront Abi Ambleside lodge 1 king size room with a 32 inch smart tv and hairdryer and 2 twin rooms (1 with full size beds) with 24 inch smart tvs.

All rooms will have fresh bedding ready for arrival. Living room had a double sofa bed with an 43 inch smart tv. Kitchen area has a dining table.

Comes with kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and every utensil you need.

Full-size fridge freezer.

Also tea towels and fairy liquid.

Dishwasher and washing machine.

Comes with iron and ironing board. 2 bathrooms 1 with walk in shower.

Both come with hand towels and hand wash. Outside has large wrap around decking with built in decking lights and patio furniture.

Parking to the rear.
