From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The caravan itself is lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home. The caravan itself is lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home. The location is also ideal, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. One of the standout features for us was the enclosed veranda. It’s a great addition, providing a secure and private space to sit out, relax, and enjoy the fresh air—perfect whether you're having a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Lorraine & Ron have clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience, and it shows in every detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this caravan to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

“This is a nice caravan in a good location on the park and had everything you could need.”

It was very clean and had lots of storage space. Sitting on the decking with a side sea view was lovely. Unfortunately the beds were extremely uncomfortable with the springs pinging on every movement. This is a shame as new mattresses or even just toppers would make such a difference to a good nights sleep and make this caravan good on all levels.

“I go to coopers Beach every year with my family and my 2 dogs and I have to say that this caravan was absolutely beautiful and one of the cleanest vans I have ever stayed in.”

It was homely and had all the essentials that you could possibly need. When we were due to leave my partner was really unwell and was unable to drive home. Ron let us stay another night free of charge and he was so understanding. What a lovely genuine man. We really were so grateful.Thankyou Ron. We look forward to seeing you next year.

“What a lovely surprise to find milk, tea, coffee as well as cleaning products and cloths all waiting to greet us upon our arrival.”

This was an added extra, totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. We had our 2 German Shepherds with us and enjoyed the luxury of having a wrap around veranda for them to roam free on and watch the world go by when we weren’t out walking them on the football field and the beach. Great weekend for all involved. Thank you x

“This is the first caravan I have booked privately so was a bit apprehensive but the owners are lovely.”

The caravan was spotless when we arrived, Loved the milk, coffee, tea which was there for us. The location of the caravan was amazing and the owners were really accommodating and allowed us to stay an extra night as the caravan was free which made the kids weak as they were not ready to go home. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever had in a caravan. I can’t recommend the caravan or the owners enough. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for an amazing break.

Nice big shower which is unusual for a caravan. Good heating nice personal touches, very close to entertainment venue and football field which was good to walk the dogs around. Would book again

This was our first visit and am sure we will return again . We took my partners 9 year old grand daughter with us for a break and she fell in love with the caravan and the park facilities.. We all had a great weekend and the owner Lorraine answered all our queries very quickly .

“The veranda was great, sadly the let down was the unfinished work in replacing the rads in rooms or rather removing the old rusty one in the main bedroom.”

The dinner table way also rusty all all the bottom as well as the fridge. The light fittings were over worn and very out dated and alot of half finished work. The beds were uncomfortable as the springs poked through and the tiny seating in lounge and table area felt more for children. We went to the town to buy duvets to put on the mattresses so wouldn't feel the springs. I think before letting it out at the massive price we paid out of term, all work should be completed in there. The sink pipe had a water bowl under it when we arrived as the u bend was leaking everytime you used the sink. I don't generally leave bad reviews, but my partner lost his father the night prior and this break was already booked. It wasn't comfortable, it felt like being in a place half done with DIY jobs. We came home earlier as needed some sleep and home comforts. Plus side, new boiler worked well. Tea and coffee on arrival. But never stayed in a caravan with mixed pieces of odd furniture and lots of rust on things:(

“Just had a fabulous 9 days at this caravan .”

The welcome pack was a nice surprise after a long journey a nice cuppa was much appreciated. The caravan had everything we needed for our stay even an iron and ironing board which was fab and a vac so I could keep our home for the week clean .cleaning products too which was good even though I'd taken my own . The caravan is worn in places as to be expected but everything was perfect . Comfy beds ,bed side lamp . Fab shower. Now the outside decking area I loved .I sat there every morning with my cuppa chatting to people walking dogs .Full sun most of the day perfect . Very friendly quiet site . Caravan is in the perfect ???? location .nice pool for younger ones . All in all a fab stay I'd def return . Thanks to great hosts everything was straight forward and great communication. The caravan was an older type but clean and tidy which was ideal for us. We enjoyed the site nice and peaceful. The people seemed to be very hospitable and not miserable. Will come again thanks to Ron and Lorraine.

“Great van. We have stayed in several vans belonging to Ron and Lorraine, and they are always well kitted out and contain the essentials on arrival - milk , coffee, tea and toilet roll.”

Vans are always clean and tidy upon arrival - and the added bonus is that they also take dogs. Park is lovely and quiet with the beach just at the edge of the venue. Would definitely recommend.

“This was my second visit this year again can highly recommend for a relaxing quiet break.”

Caravan is clean and comfortable owners available if any problems. Very easy booking and key collection we didn’t use the club house but probably the nicest one I have seen clean and spacious we did lunch there nice to sit outside actually on sea wall but we were quite happy to sit on decking. I take my dogs field or sea walk one minute away so ideal. Will definitely book next year this time for longer.

The van was spotless, warm and cosy, with all the amenities you need. We found a lovely surprise on the dining table of a generous, practical food hamper when we arrived, which was very much appreciated. The owner Ron was friendly, helpful, courteous and very obliging to help our stay be as welcome as possible. The time we spent in the caravan has been peaceful and relaxing and we would recommend people to stay there.

All crockery and utensils were plentiful and excellent quality. Welcome pack was a real bonus, eggs, bacon, beans, butter bread, sugar, milk, coffee, t bags. Plenty of cleaning products to use but certainly not needed on arrival. Caravan smelt lovely and fresh. Ron popped by to make sure everything was ok. Will book again but very popular. Site had everything we needed for a relaxed break.

) . It was so relaxing to sit out on the patio, with the sun on it all day, close enough to amenities but still so peaceful ...we all slept well!! Kids were really chuffed with their own bedeoom each....i 100% recommend !!!

This is another lovely 3 bedroom caravan with Gas Heating & Double Glazing in our fleet which is ideal for people and families to enjoy their stay at an affordable price (We call it value for Money) Living Area - Open plan laminate floor area with free standing furniture - modern electric fire - TV - various board games - USB point. Kitchen - Fully equipped - gas cooker - kettle - toaster - microwave - large fridge/freezer - dining table with seating area. Hallway - Wall mounted iron and ironing board - hoover. Bedroom 1 - Double bed - double wardrobe - drawer chest- above bed storage - bedside units - tv with dvd - hairdryer - USB points. Bedroom 2 - Twin beds - Single wardrobe - above bed storage - bedside unit - hairdryer - USB point. Bedroom 3 - Twin beds - single wardrobe - above bed storage - bedside unit - Bathroom - Separate toilet - sink vanity unit with storage. - Separate bathroom - sink basin with storage unit - enclosed shower cubical - mirrored wall unit. Exterior - Large secured glass panel veranda with Patio table, chairs & parasol. Lockable storage shed. Rotary washing line. Grass parking for 2 cars by caravan (IF WET, additional parking is available opposite the caravan). A £25 cleaning fee will be added to all bookings (IF LESS THAN 3 NIGHTS). There is a lovely beach for all to enjoy, plenty of dog walks, the Mersea Vineyards are nearby and a good local pub that is dog friendly.

Cudmore Grove country park is about 10mins by car or can take a walk along the beach.

If you go into West Mersea there are tea rooms, local shops, restaurants and on the beach the famous coloured beach huts. A great day out is to visit Colchester Zoo or perhaps you prefer Ten Pin Bowling or Roller Skating.

A small hamlet just 4 miles from the maritime town and harbour of Falmouth. The surrounding countryside offers rolling fields, country lanes and misty, atmospheric creeks that wind their way inland from the sea through deep, wooded valleys. The area is perfect for lovers of breathtaking countryside, for enjoying time in boats and for long country walks. Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches will keep you occupied for hours. Its old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, Pendennis Castle and the stunning new National Maritime Museum complete the picture. Across the harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula.
