Seating comfortable, good size tv . Every thing needed in kitchen to make life easy for cooking , a very big plus kitchen has a 6ft fridge freezer . Beds comfortable . Then there's the decking with table and chairs . Chris and George are lovely and was so helpful, giving us tips on what beaches to visit. Couldn’t do enough for us. Train station within a 5 minute walk. Plenty of cupboard space and the veranda was ideal for sitting out in the evening. Lovely place and will be coming back next year.

Chris and George are great hosts, both very accommodating. The caravan was absolutely spotless when we arrived, never before have we been supplied with fresh milk, fruit and cereal! We loved the fact that we were very close to the park and clubhouse. I throughly enjoyed reading my book, in the sunshine on the decking looking out across the pond. We would not hesitate to re-book ????????

Had everything you could possibly need and more. Heaven to arrive and find a pint of milk in the fridge together with tea and coffee which is just one of the small touches that makes Chris a great host. The weather was good so had opportunity to use the lovely deck as well. Would highly recommend and will be definitely going back.

It was immaculate inside, well equipped, and cosy, by far the nicest caravan we have ever stayed in. We arrived in the dark and was pleasantly surprised by the view of the ducks on the pond in the morning, we hope to return when it’s warm enough to sit of the decked patio and enjoy the outside living space as much as we enjoyed the inside space! The tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were a lovely touch on arrival, and walking into a toasty caravan on a cold evening was much appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for nicer hosts, thank you.

“This was our first family holiday Away and we took our newborn at only five weeks Christine had good communications since day one of the Booking and was on the other side of the phone to direct us to the accommodation.”

on arrival Christine showed us our parking space and told us where the keys were left as due to Covid was unable to show us round the caravan .As we entered the caravan itself it smelt fresh lookedclean and Christine had provided fruits, coffee and tea facilities and even milk ! bedding was fresh and all doors and windows were left open Christine was always on the other end of the phone for any questions or queries we had in regards to the facilities and entertainment at the site. Christine informed me my son was her youngest guest as of yet !we will definitely look to book again for this year as there was sufficient space for a newborn and all its requirements x

“This is our second visit to this excellent caravan at Weeley Bridge.”

The living space is a real advantage with more than enough room to enjoy the kitchen, dining room and a large lounge. Three good-sized bedrooms with lots of storage are a real bonus. Excellent and strong shower with all up-to-date facilities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The caravan was very clean and tidy when we arrived and all tops and touch points had been sanitised in light of COVID-19. A key feature is the lovely decking which affords views of the peaceful lake. All parts of the caravan are well equipped and we couldn't ask for anything more. We are looking forward to another visit and we certainly recommend this accommodation.

We booked whilst we were there. We couldn’t believe how lovely the caravan is, it was spotless and the personal touches they do are just great. Chris and George go above and beyond to make your stay a great one. Chris & George are amazing people, beds were made when we arrived, bedding lovely quality, we all slept well in the comfortable beds. modern and with everything you need to make it home from home! The kitchen is really well equipped, It was lovely to sit out on the decking in the mornings having tea and breakfast, on the veranda, with the beautiful lake views. We have already booked to return again this year and next. The boys could fish whilst I sat reading on the veranda, everything was perfect.

From the initial booking with the very friendly owner until the day we all left everything was great. We especially loved the comfortable, sunny decking with views of the lake. A really lovely sun trap. The caravan park is in a great location for visiting Clacton on Sea, Holland on Sea and Frinton on Sea. The caravan park is very family friendly. We hope to come back very soon for another holiday.

“Wow! Stumbled across this beautiful caravan whilst holidaying directly with Parkdean and was taking down the details in the window when the owners spotted me and offered me a tour.”

I couldn’t believe how lovely the caravan was/is and booked a holiday that day! We have just returned from said holiday and can honestly say that Chris & George are amazing people, so welcoming, helpful & genuine to both adults and children alike. The caravan is the best you’ll find, spotlessly clean, modern and with everything you need to make it home away from home! The kitchen is really well equipped, beds super comfortable as is the sofa. Was nice to arrive and not have to worry about making up beds and the welcome basket was a lovely touch too. We have already booked to return next year on the day we returned home as we felt so depressed to leave the place! The veranda is such a bonus complete with lovely patio furniture and a lake view. You honestly won’t be disappointed but please don’t book our dates as we intend on being regulars!

“Myself my husband, 11, 9 and twin 1 year old children had an amazing 3 night stay, the caravan was clean, comfortable, homely and had everything we needed.”

We were able to let our little ones explore around the varanda without worrying and they loved seeing the ducks in the morning. Chris and George were very friendly and on hand if needed. Club house, pool and park close by so older two were able to venture, they also absolutely loved fishing in the lake, thank you Chris for teaching them. We'll be booking again without a doubt.
