    “Wow where to start!”

    What a fabulous van in a great location on the park. The van was so clean and well stocked on arrival, we couldn't have asked for more from the super-comfy beds to the air fryer & books and toys it ticked every box. The park itself was fab, we spent lots of time at the outdoor pool and had a meal at the beachcomber pub. Liam could not have done more for us, communication was perfect and we felt really valued as guests...we will definitely be back! Thanks again for letting us your home from home

The property

Homely 6 berth/3 bedroom caravan sited in a small quiet cul de sac a short walk from the park amenities. Well equipped & with double glazing, central heating & a gated deck this is the ideal holiday base.

Passes included. The holiday home offers luxury relaxation with a 10-minute walk to the beach and is surrounded by beautiful woodland walks at the edge of the New Forest. 3 bedroom luxury caravan is ideally suitable for 6 people, but can accommodate 8 as it has a pull-out sofa bed in lounge. Shorefield supplies free WiFi, and we have a booster in the caravan. There is a fully stocked kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, and all the utensils you will need. In the main bedroom is a double size bed and wardrobes .

There is also a TV on the wall.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds with wardrobes.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds with wardrobes.

The first bathroom has a shower cubicle and hand basin.

The second bathroom has a toilet and basin. In the lounge, there is a Smart TV, electric fire and L-shaped sofa.

The caravan has gas central heating and is fully double glazed with modern curtains. Outside there is a large wrap around south facing veranda with a Ratan 4 seater table and chairs.

There is parking for 1 car with extra parking available at the reception/bar.

About the location

LYMINGTON

Lyndhurst 9 miles; Christchurch 12 miles; Southampton 18 miles.

The charming market town of Lymington is situated on the west bank of the Lymington River at the western end of The Solent, at the southern edge of the New Forest National Park. As well as being a favoured sailing resort, there are also regular ferry links to the Isle of Wight. The town boasts an array of interesting boutiques and craft shops, or you can treat yourselves to a meal at one of the numerous local restaurants. Lymington is surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, from the heathlands and ancient woodlands of the New Forest to the coastal nature reserves which extend for 5 miles culminating in the shingle spit which is home to Hurst Castle, built in 1554 by Henry VIII. Lymington provides an excellent touring base from which to explore the New Forest, the Isle of Wight and the Hampshire coast.
