The property

We trust we will make your holiday in our lovely retreat special!

Everything is here to enjoy.

Whenever it's possible you can arrive after 2pm and make the most of the day, and we don't ask you to leave before 11am - ( you can then go across to the centre to enjoy the pools some more before heading home!).

To make it easy there are tea-towels and also kitchen hand towels, soaps and even some shower wash.

Bathroom towels and your bedding linen is included (it is mentioned elsewhere that you need to bring beach/swimming towels).

There is a double bed, with an en-suite toilet, in the main bedroom, 2 singles in the second bedroom and a fold out double bed in the lounge, if you need more sleeping space. Ideal for the active family, I can supply details of many safe and very enjoyable cycle, walk or run routes in the New Forest, plus details of the best local sea swimming areas.

If you are a keen fisherman there are The Orchard Lakes nearby, or sea fishing trips from Mudeford or Lymington.

There is also a 9-hole golf course on site (charges apply). Set in 100 acres, Hoburne Bashley is an award winning site for its service and cleanliness, and for the copious activities and facilities to entertain a whole family.

It also offers evening family entertainment during peak weeks.

A speciality of the Park is "The Themed Week", like Halloween!

There are many attractions within the area, apart from good sandy beaches within 4 miles. Holiday Park Facilities: Bar (with satellite tv's), snooker and games room, gym, putting green, golf course, crazy golf, Kids' Club, Pitch and Putt, grocery shop, launderette, restaurant, regular take-away pizza catering, amusement arcade, soft play area, tennis court, basketball court, football field, dog agility course, woodland (and faery!) walks, adventure play park, indoor heated pool with splash play zone, outdoor heated pools (May-Sept) with splash play zones, jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms, and Beauty Spa.

This charming market town rests delightfully in southwest Hampshire, only slightly south of the magnificent New Forest National Park. New Milton, dating back to the Anglo-Saxon days, is lined with a selection of amenities, while also hosting the Ballard Lake and Meadows. The coast is nearby in the village of Barton-on-Sea, a suburb of New Milton with a café and a restaurant overlooking the beach. The town of Highcliffe is just two miles away, a popular seaside resort in the Victorian era, it boasts a stunning castle, the Steamer Point Nature Reserve, a golf course and a sandy beach. Other well-known seaside spots nearby include Christchurch and Bournemouth slightly further along the coast. Head inland for your dose of luscious landscape, ideal for walkers, cyclists and wildlife spotters with many outdoor activities on offer too.
