“A lovely clean and warm caravan, 2 minutes walk from the beach.”

. Beautiful views. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee and a bacon sandwich on the decking in the morning. Would 100% book it again.

“We have stayed at Church Farm for many years and picked the location again for Goodwood and the FOS.”

We honestly could not fault the caravan at all for the location and facilities but also it must be the biggest we have ever stayed in and bedroom was enormous. It was so relaxing to come back to a peaceful location after a long day out. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

“This is a great caravan for 3 or 4 people in a good location for walking around the lagoon but a bit far from the entertainment if that is what you're after.”

The view from the patio is the only thing that lets it down as pretty much all you see in front is an over grown bank and the heads of people walking along the path.

“The caravan is situated in a really peaceful part of the park, a stone's throw from Pagham Harbour.”

We thoroughly enjoyed walks along the nature reserve and sea front. Really impressed by the selection of pubs in Pagham Village. The holiday home was very clean and the master bedroom a good size which enabled us to fit in a travel cot for our three month old baby. Very efficient heating system which meant it did not take long to get the property toasty warm on cooler autumnal days. It had a very cosy feely and very quickly became a home away from home.

PAGHAM

Bognor Regis 4.5 miles; Chichester 7 miles.

Resting on the English border, between the sea and land is the idyllic village of Pagham. Perched on the harbour, this small village houses a protected Nature Reserve, allowing nature to flourish, ideal for those for those who love birdwatching. Moreover, many of the buildings within the village are bungalow dwellings which have been crafted from old railway carriages, as well as shops, a selection of three ale and beer pubs and one of the finest churches of its kind, St. Thomas à Becket. You will also find a shingle beach resting on the coastline with a reputation for being one of the sunniest places in the UK. The beach is superb for swimming, yachting, windsurfing, walking and the historic point of interest, the World War II Mulberry Harbour platform. Close by is the seaside resort of Bognor Regis and further afield is the cathedral city of Chichester, each housing amenities and attractions to suit all ages and tastes. Pagham promises a quaint base for touring West Sussex.
