“I would highly reccommend a perfect stay at Julies' cravan.”

This was the 2nd time we've visited Church Farm and have stayed at Julies Van. The van itself is always so clean, confortable, feels like home from home and is in the most perfect location for the club house, swimming and arcades which the kids loved all of it. Myself and my family were so comfy and my kids throughly enjoyed there stay. My 1st stay in Julies van was in summer 2019 and my youngest was only 18 months old and it brought back so many lovley memories. I look forward to coming back next year! Well done to Julie as we have made lovley memories once again in the most perfect holiday home . See you again next year!

“I highly recommend staying in this caravan.”

The owner Julie was incredibly helpful. The caravan was exceptionally clean abs very homely, it had everything you need for a good stay. We especially loved the outside areas which we made the most of. Good location on the park. Close to facilities but not noisy. We hope to come and stay again. My only advice would be to pre book the activities before you go if you wish to use the swimming pool etc as they do get booked up very quickly.

The accommodation was excellent, everything you needed and more. Really spacious, especially the master bedroom with en-suite. Great location for Haven activities but also peaceful. Would definitely book again.

“We had a lovely stay!”

Caravan is really clean & nice, modern & close to the complex, but not too close that it’s loud or annoying! About 2 min max walk from everything, ie shop, show bar, arcade, restaurant. Julie the owner, was very nice & always replied promptly when msgd. We had no issues while on park, everyone was really polite & helpful. You need to book showbar & swimming, but actually that was ok, coz at least you’re guaranteed your place (but get down there earlyish to book your spot) Massive plus for me was there was a Costa express at the shop, so I can easily get my daily latte fix! Overall really pleased with the holiday & the bubba’s had a great time (Ages 10,8,5 & 3years) Will defo book again when we want to come down this way again. I defo recommend! Thanks for the lovely stay :)

The caravan is lovely and feels very homely, there was six of us in total and this caravan accommodated us all very well . The caravan is located just a few minutes walk from all the activities on offer . Julie the owner was also very helpful and responding to all my questions . We will definitely be returning great time had by all.

Resting on the English border, between the sea and land is the idyllic village of Pagham. Perched on the harbour, this small village houses a protected Nature Reserve, allowing nature to flourish, ideal for those for those who love birdwatching. Moreover, many of the buildings within the village are bungalow dwellings which have been crafted from old railway carriages, as well as shops, a selection of three ale and beer pubs and one of the finest churches of its kind, St. Thomas à Becket. You will also find a shingle beach resting on the coastline with a reputation for being one of the sunniest places in the UK. The beach is superb for swimming, yachting, windsurfing, walking and the historic point of interest, the World War II Mulberry Harbour platform.
