The property

I have been an owner at Church Farm for 10 years, and it still holds a very special place in my heart. Our caravan meets all the requirements to make wonderful memories.

Apart from all the 5 star facilities offered by Church Farm, the local area of Pagham has some lively pubs providing live music and excellent dining. The wider area allows the opportunity to visit the delights of the South Coast, including Witterings, Selsey, Hayling Island, Bognor, and Littlehampton, to name a few.

Church Farm is on the doorstep of the many footpaths of the South Downs National Park, the majestic Arundel Castle and fun of the Goodwood festivals.

The cathedral city of Chichester is a short bus ride or car journey away with a wide range of restaurants and a theatre.

Further a field is Portsmouth for shopping and a historical naval experience. This really ticks boxes for young and old and those who like to include their pets on family holidays.

I can not recommend enough both my caravan for comfort and where it is situated to make for a wonderful holiday. The caravan has lots of extras not found in Haven rentals such as board games, selection of DVDs, cooking condiments, iron and ironing board, and cleaning products.

The experience is more home from home.

I want my guests to feel comfortable and welcome throughout the duration of their stay.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

About the location

PAGHAM

Bognor Regis 4.5 miles; Chichester 7 miles.

Resting on the English border, between the sea and land is the idyllic village of Pagham. Perched on the harbour, this small village houses a protected Nature Reserve, allowing nature to flourish, ideal for those for those who love birdwatching. Moreover, many of the buildings within the village are bungalow dwellings which have been crafted from old railway carriages, as well as shops, a selection of three ale and beer pubs and one of the finest churches of its kind, St. Thomas à Becket. You will also find a shingle beach resting on the coastline with a reputation for being one of the sunniest places in the UK. The beach is superb for swimming, yachting, windsurfing, walking and the historic point of interest, the World War II Mulberry Harbour platform. Close by is the seaside resort of Bognor Regis and further afield is the cathedral city of Chichester, each housing amenities and attractions to suit all ages and tastes. Pagham promises a quaint base for touring West Sussex.
