“The caravan itself has everything you need but needs updating.”

Impressive shower and king-size bed. However lacks the personal touch, maybe some bedside lamps and a lamp in the living room. We found on arrival the toilet seat in the shower room was broken, and items from the previous people were left on the floor. Therefore we felt that the cleanliness of the caravan was not up to the high standard that the owner would have expected. Saying that the problems we encountered were quickly dealt with..

“There’s were no sharp knives .”

The cooker knob fell off and could not get to work The bedding was not fresh The shower hose leaked so there was no pressure, had to tape the head to the hose There was a nightie hanging in the small bedroom, which I suppose the cleaner missed The site is clean and well managed, have been staying at the site yearly for over forty years.

I am so sorry our caravan did not meet your expectations. You made me aware of the cooker knob, however, I had no communication from you regarding the shower, knives or items left from previous guests. I could’ve addressed this promptly. We did offer to try and resolve the issues with the bedding and cooker (considering we live 79 miles away) but you told me not to worry. Again, very sorry you were not happy. Property Owner

It has central heating throughout, with double glazing and an open field area close by. In the caravan you will find everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free.
