Very peaceful location and quite secluded. There are 2 bedrooms: - 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower. - 1 twin bedroom with shower room next to it. The deck is fully gated with table & chairs and there are 2 parking spaces right alongside.

The living room, dining area and master bedroom have lovely views right onto the forest, there's a fireplace and large TV with catch up/roku. The master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed (4ft6") and plenty of storage, the twin bedroom has 2 small single beds (one slides under the other to make room for your own travel cot) and has a small wardrobe. About the location

No village

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
