Welcome to our 'Cosy Home' A NEW and modern 2-bedroom static caravan located in the picturesque Thorness Bay Holiday Park on the Isle of Wight's western side.

This unspoilt countryside is perfect for exploring the entire island.

Enjoy a short walk to Thorness Bay itself for stunning views across the Solent and beach access, or wander the local nature trails.

Our home provides a unique blend of comfort and convenience, ensuring an unforgettable stay. Our peaceful, spacious setting is surrounded by natural beauty, offering cycling routes and scenic walks.

Spot red squirrels and explore coastal paths with breath-taking views.

The area boasts beautiful golden sandy beaches just 25 minutes away, charming towns and villages, and local award-winning cuisine.

Enjoy the sunset at Gurnard Bay and visit nearby Cowes, renowned for its sailing and Cowes Week in August, and historic Osborne House.

Enjoy the cultural richness the island has to offer and the events held all year round for the whole family. THE 'COSY HOME' Our cosy home is perfect for families or couples.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dresser and TV.

The twin bedroom has two single beds with wardrobe.

Bed linen is provided and prepared for your arrival.

The home welcomes you with a stylish open-plan kitchen and diner, leading into a comfortable lounge area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

A highchair with straps is also provided for one toddler. The dining area has a table with 4 comfortable padded upright chairs, perfect for meals or as a workspace.

The lounge features the family sofas, a large foot rest, plus a 43” Smart TV with DVD Player, board games and FREE WIFI.

The bathroom includes a shower, WC, washbasin, towel radiator, a mini unit for storage of toiletries and a wall clothes hanger.

Please note bath towels, beach towels and toiletries are NOT provided (except for hand wash and washing up liquid). Enjoy our complimentary welcome pack with coffee/tea/milk on your arrival and a guide to help you plan your stay. Our home is cleaned at the end of each stay and fresh linen is provided and prepared for your arrival. OUTDOOR SPACE Step out onto the large decking area with garden furniture, (table and recliners).

It is a peaceful setting ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Enjoy the fresh air and natural beauty of the surroundings and view of the Solent beyond. ACCESS AND SECURITY The home is exclusively yours during your stay, offering privacy, comfort and convenience.

Access to the home is via a combination key safe lock.

Directions and relevant details will be sent to you via email or via your booking website a few days before your holiday starts.

The home has allocated parking.

The Check-In-Time is 3pm and Check –Out Time is 10am. HOLIDAY PARK AMENITIES A short walk from the home, the holiday park’s entertainment complex offers daily activities and nightly entertainment for the whole family.

Facilities include a restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool, an arcade, outdoor play areas for children, shop, chippy, and launderette.

From the clubhouse balcony, enjoy stunning views of the Solent and countryside.

The home is available all year round however the Entertainment Complex on the park is only open during the holiday season from mid March to end of October and Entertainment Passes can only be purchased from the holiday park reception. PLEASE NOTE This is a non-smoking home, and we regret we cannot accommodate pets.

It's unsuitable for contractors or subletting.

Observe the 10mph site speed limit and there is no on-site EV charging.

The site offers 24-hour security and maintenance.

The nearest ferry port is approximately 15 minutes drive away.

The bustling port of Cowes is situated by the mouth of the river Medina, and is divided into two distinct towns, linked by the regular floating bridge chain ferry. Both communities have much to offer visitors, with West Cowes known as a world famous yachting centre, with superb facilities for all kinds of watersports, as well as being considered the cycling gateway to the island with the National Cycle Route 23 running through it. It also has a beach and a wealth of excellent restaurants, inns, and plenty of interesting niche shops; there is something for everyone with a fabulous vibe. East Cowes is best known for Osborne House, Queen Victoria’s Italian style country retreat - a tour of the sumptuous royal apartments and magnificent gardens is a must.
