The lodge is situated in a peaceful park with an outdoor pool (additional fees apply to the holiday park) and clubhouse with bar, and is a stone's throw away from the nearby beach and Christchurch Bay.
The whole lodge is designed to be accessible for all abilities, with wide doorways, grab bars in the wet-room shower room, a level floor between each room for wheelchair movement, and a large terrace area with a ramp leading down to the ground level with private disabled parking.
Inside is an extra-wide hallway with kitchen, with the worktops and appliances set at a lower level for those in wheelchairs.
The kitchen features an oven with gas stove hob, fridge freezer, all the expected small appliances including toaster and kettle, plenty of cookware and crockery, and cabinet storage.
Towards the rear of the caravan is a cosy lounge and dining room.
The lounge area has an L-shape sofa, great for relaxing on to watch TV or read a book, with a large double aspect window.
The dining table is finished in a light oak colour, and comes with three chairs.
The double bedroom features a lowered bed for ease of access, a vanity unit with hairdryer, and storage.
The second bedroom has a wardrobe, and comes with two single beds, some shelving, and two windows allowing in lots of natural light.
The specially adapted shower room features a heated towel rail, grab bars near the toilet and basin as well as within the shower area, and a shower seat that folds out underneath the shower head.
The whole room is designed as a wet room, but features a curtain enclosing a large shower area.
Outside is a deck wrapping around one side of the lodge, with a table and chairs set that’s perfect for relaxing outside in the warmer months.
The lodge sits next to a tree-lined park on the edge of Avon Beach and Mudeford.
