The caravan is fully equipped to sleep up to 8 people consisting of one double bedroom, two twin rooms and pull-out double sofa bed.
There is a full shower room with a separate toilet and sink.
It benefits from central heating, double glazing, an open plan lounge and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bed linen supplied for the double bed and twin rooms but not the sofa bed.
Welcome pack, liquid hand soap, toilet rolls, washing-up liquid and tea towels are supplied.
Site amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool bar/club restaurant.
Fish & chip takeaway, amusement arcade, convenience store, soft play area, outdoor playground.
Some facilities can only be accessed with Royale Resort site passes, which cost £10, children under 5 yrs free.
Frequent bus service operates from outside the front gates.
Portsmouth Havant and surrounding areas are within easy reach, making it the perfect base.
A £100 damage deposit is required and will be refunded after checks have been completed.
