The property

Hill Top holiday caravan is situated on our family run farm in the quiet village of Bouth, just south of Grizedale Forest in the heart of the lake district. Black Beck Farm is a traditional family run farm, in a rural location with panoramic views of Coniston, Fairfield, Yew Barrow and only a stone throw away from the Lake District Fells. Our modern 33 foot, 6 berth Willerby Caravan is easily accessible by car.

with parking area along side of the caravan, Hill Top caravan is available for hire for week stays Sat - Sat.

we are open from March to November, Well behaved dog's are most welcome to stay, At additional cost of £20 per week, Maximum of 2, The Caravan as its own enclosed decking and patio area, complete with picnic table and chairs, and has fantastic views of open countryside, Comfortably sleeping up to 6 people, Hill Top has full modern facilities.

Including double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom, and double fold out bed in main lounge area. The lounge and dinning area features central gas fire, Digital 'Free view' Sky flatscreen television, DVD player, comfortable seating and dining table.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, grill and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with large top freezer box, All cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils are provided. The bathroom features a large shower, washbasin, flush toilet and bathroom heating.

The caravan has full gas central heating and double glazing. All electricity and gas is included in your price. Double/Single duvets and pillows are in the caravan, PLEASE NOTE that bed linen is available to hire at additional minimal costs, alternatively please feel free to bring your own bed linen.

Also available for hire is a high-chair and travel cot - please ask for details.

You will need to bring your own towels. Please be aware that all dog's must be kept on leads and in control at all times, (As we are a working farm, with animals plus dogs & cats of our own) NO dogs from the dangerous dog list are welcome. We operate a NO smoking policy in the caravan. Within easy walking distance (1/4 mile - 5mins) is the White Hart Pub, the centre of village life serving excellent Bar and Restaurant meals and some of the finest Real Ales in the Country. Why not enjoy a summers evening drink on the Village Green and Play Area, in front of the White Hart.

The market town of Ulverston is only 5 miles away - featuring bars, restaurants, takeaways, cinema and supermarkets. Lake Windermere, Coniston Water and the heart of the Lake District is within easy reach, you'll find it difficult to imagine a more ideal location for a relaxing holiday or stay, to come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside with fantastic views on your door step, "Perfect location for the South Lakes" Larger towns such as Barrow-in-Furness, Kendal and Lancaster are also within easy reach.

Ulverston is a traditional market town built around a cobbled main street. It boasts a fine selection of independent shops, café’s, and pubs with open fires and real ales. There is an extensive selection of eating places to suit everyone, from fine dining to traditional pub food. Ulverston is also well known as a festival town, with events ranging from flags and walking to art and music festivals throughout the summer months and with the renowned Dickensian Christmas festival in late November. It is the birthplace of Stan Laurel and world record holder of the biggest foam pie fight in the world giving a glimpse into the fun community spirited little town. There are excellent walks around the town and beautiful countryside, with views of the southern Lake District and Morecambe Bay. Home to the deepest, widest and shortest canal, which makes for a lovely afternoon walk with a pub at the end and views over the bay. All of the attractions of the National Park are also easily reached. The Furness Coast boasts sandy beaches and good birdwatching. Nearby family attractions include the South Lakes Wild Animal Park, Lakes Windermere and Coniston and popular Birkrigg Common, with its incredible panoramic views across Morecambe Bay.
