As a self-catering lodge, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a TV and internet access. This lodge has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. There is additional sleeping space in the lodge, comprising a double sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink. Linen and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: – Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. – Smoking is not allowed. – There are free parking on premises. – A dishwasher is included for your use. – Pets are allowed at the property (£50 charge). – There is a cleaning fee of £50.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
