“Arrived at the caravan to a horrible smell.”
Caravan is very dated and not clean. Pillow and quilt are poor quality, so you’ll definitely want a bring your own, bed sheets were dirty.
No hot water on arrival and boiler not working had to get someone to come and look at it eventually got it working but made the small more unbearable.
Caravan had 9 or more air fresheners though-out so it is clear that the owners know it smells terrible.
Spoke to Julie the owner of the site, told her we wanted a full refund and we were staying somewhere else. She kindly offered us another caravan to stay in.
Would not recommend staying here the smell is literally unbearable.
