“5* Lovely Caravan Home from Home.”

Anne the owner from start to Finish was very Helpful And Asked Any Questions wee Had.. There was Everything in the caravan that wee Needed. The Main Entertainment is Only a 10min walk. There is Also a bus from the main Entrance of the park which is a 15min walk from the caravan which will take you into Blackpool. Cost 6.00 per Adult Return.. once you Have Booked and paid in full with Anne Anne will then Register you with Haven if you Want to purchase play passes. All in All It's A 5 star ...

“CARAVAN IN PERFECT QUIET LOCATION BUT CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE ENTERTAINMENT AREAS.”

LARGE GRASS AREA AT SIDE OF CARAVAN WHICH WAS GREAT FOR GRANDKIDS TO PLAY. BEAUTIFUL CARAVAN, WELL EQUIPPED WITH EXTRA GADGETS INCLUDING AIR FRYER AND COFFEE MAKER. WIFI WAS AN ADDED BONUS TOO. MANY THANKS TO ANNE, OWNER FOR ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED PRIOR TO BOOKING AND FOR MAKING SURE WE SETTLED IN OK. HAD A GREAT WEEK AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BOOK AGAIN. XX

A beautiful caravan very family friendly it was equipped with all that you would need a few games for the kids, smart tv, lovely decking area which has lights in the evening very settling we loved sitting out in the evening having a drink whilst the kids played on the green, comfy beds and a brilliant shower which is something not all caravans get but the pressure was powerful certainly can’t wait to return

“Highly recommend.”

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful modern caravan. It’s situated in a lovely cul-de-sac but not too far from everything, plenty of grass for the kids to play on. Short walk to the Lake which my little girl loved walking to in the evening to see the rabbits! Great communication from Anne always checking we were ok and I knew if we had issues (which we didn’t) Anne would be there to help. Thanks for a great stay!

“Enjoyed a fabulous weekend.”

Caravan was well equipped and homely. T.v in every room which was great for the children. Spacious decking area. Small grass area at the side which helped to keep the boys entertained whilst cooking dinner. Away from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk away from all entertainment. “Booked Anne’s caravan for us, our grown up kids and their kids.”

Was perfect! Marton Mere is so family friendly with lots for the kids and families to do and so close to blackpools main attractions. We did loads, tower, sea life centre, waxworks, Stanley park, pleasure beach. The kids loved it. Anne’s caravan is lovely and in a really nice part of the park. Close to amenities but quiet with a great wee grassy area that they loved playing in. Anne is very easy to communicate with and will do anything g she can to help you enjoy your stay. Recommend for families.

“We booked the caravan for a Monday to Friday break for my partner, our 4 grown up children, my father and my 2 year old Grandson.”

I were contacted by the owner the week before the booked date to introduce herself and explain what the caravan has to offer. She said she would contact us the weekend before departure with address of the caravan and code to the key box which she did. We arrived in the park around 1400 and could go straight into the caravan. The caravan is situated at the end of the park in a little cul-de-sac which was lovely and quiet and safe for kids to play in. The caravan was very clean and had a hover and cleaning supplies to keep the caravan clean through the week. The caravan had plenty of room for us all to sit down and a lovely veranda with a small patio table and chairs and wicker garden furniture which provided more seating. The wrap around veranda had a locked gate at the steps which allowed my grandson to play outside on it and be safe. The kitchen had everything you could wish for including microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven with grill and gas hob. 4 slice toaster and even an air fryer and tassimo machine! We did have to go out and buy a big enough pot to cook for 8 people though and there was only small pans and dishes (we needed one anyway!). We paid extra for the bedding and made up the beds when we got there. All the beds only had one pillow so you may want to bring your own. There was one pillow missing and some cutlery and when these issues were raised to the owner offered to rectify this straight away. Because this is a privately letted caravan the owner has their own cleaners and does not allow Haven to have the caravan at all and therefore it is very well maintained and has some lovely personal touches around the caravan. The owner messaged me the morning after our first night to make sure we slept OK! In summery, this caravan is in a lovely location, is in great condition and the owner maintained great communication! We will definitely book again!

“This is the first time that we have stayed on this site and found that the caravan fitted our needs perfectly.”

It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac so it was very peaceful. The owner Anne, went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information that we needed to make the most of our stay. For anyone staying with young children, there is a high chair and travel cot provided. There is sufficient space for two cars straight outside. The private WiFi streamed the TV absolutely fine. The fridge and freezer are full size which is great for families. Some of the grassy areas were a bit boggy but this cannot be helped given that the site is on a mere and our great British weather. We did not buy passes but we used the bar for food and drinks. Prices and quality were as you would expect. The amusements also kept the children entertained. I would recommend staying in this caravan for anyone after a quiet base, near enough to walk to the facilities or to catch the regular bus into Blackpool which we did.

Modern & spacious inside with large decking and seating areas outside. Smart TVs and good internet throughout for the modern family needs! Location is in a quiet location on the park and is great for children to play out while you watch from the comfort of the decking.

There is a large grassed area at the side of the caravan which makes a great play area to add your own entertainment for the kids.

The bedrooms are very cute and all have a digital TV installed.

There is connection to private WiFi. The location is literally a 2 minute walk to the mere and other walking trails.

It is a 5- 10 minute walk to the entertainment.

If you don't want the constant noise at night time this is the perfect place.

The caravan is well maintained and cared for.
