The property

Spacious 2 bedroom holiday home close to the surrounding areas of Lancaster, Morecambe & the the lake District There is un limited WiFi sky Tv with full 4package sky cinema, kids entertainment sports & on demand to extra cost. We offes a homely environment for either a weekend away, short break or main holiday, on the cliff top over looking the Irish Sea close to the historic village of Heysham on the southern shores of Morecombe Bay.

It is easily accessible from the M6 from both the North and South.

We still have a couple of dates left for this season so if you are looking for a last min holiday get in touch. We are now taking bookings for 2026 to get the dates you want, avoid disappointment & book early with just a £50 deposit.

If the dates you want are not shown ie a week instead of 3/:4 nights just get in touch.

This modern Carnaby Envoy has double glazing, patio doors opening out onto a large decking area (32ft long to the side with a lockable gate , & a 13ft wide by 8ft decking to the front) central heating with large private parking for 2 /3 cars with an outdoor patio area with seating for out door dining and relaxation.

It is quietly situated at the far side of the site and is just a short walk away from beach, the on site amenities and entertainment area. This 41ft x 13ft holiday home is modern, has an open plan living, dining area & very modern kitchen with intergraded appliances. The lounge has a 50" flat screen TV with SKY Q including sky sports, cinema/ movies kids entertainment catch up & on demand.

WiFi is now included at no extra cost .High gloss unit with changeable mood lighting, log effect fire with lighting.

Bluetooth speakers & spot lights in the vaulted ceiling as well as 2 large upright radiators.

There are a selection of books & Dvd's .2 large comfy sofas & large pouffe. Double patio doore leading onto a large decking area with outdoor furniture, the decking continues around the side for 32ft to the side door and a lockable gate. The open plan kitchen diner has a modern kitchen well equipped for all your needs, no need to pack all the extras or the kitchen sink, its all there.

There is a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools & a 4 seater dining table.

The kitchen has a full length pull out cupboard with large baskets to store all your food. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk jiggers, selection of jams and sugar packets as well as 2 t-towels, dish cloth, scourer & dish brush 2 dish washer tablets provided.

Double oven, integrated washing machine & dishwasher ( guests will need to supply own washing powder and dishwasher tablets ) large American fridge freezer with water dispencer, various temperature control to keep food just at the right temperature which keeps it fresher & crispier for longer, 5 ring gas hob, plinth lighting, undercounter glass shelf lighting.

Spot lights & velux windiw to let in more natural light. The Modern kitchen has plenty of cupboards/drawer space, cooking equipment and utensils, pots and pans, out door plastic plates and cups.

A picnic basket and ice block are all provided.

Welcome pack and cleaning essentials are provided on arrival.

Selection of Dog bowls, lead, few poo bags are also provided.

The hall way leads to a twin bedroom with generous sized single beds tastefully decorated ( beds made up for your arrival), wardrobe with hanging space, coat hangers, drawers and iron and ironing board.

Celing spot lights, wall light with reading light as well as USB point.

Wall mounted TV with built in DVD player & a selection of childrens DVD.

Selection of games colouring books & pens for our younger guests. Opposite is a family bathroom with WC, sink, bath with over the bath shower.

Mirrored bathroom cabinet & towel radiator ( guests will need to bring own towels) The boiler cupboard is off the hall way with hoover, brushes, mop and central heating controls. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a comfy king size bed with new mattress & now with full sky package.(beds made up for your arrival) Twin bedside tables with wall lights and usb point.

It benefits from a walk in wardrobe with shoe cupboard, shelving, plenty of hanging space, make up mirror, with shelf.

Spot lights in the vaulted ceiling to finish the room off.

En-suite bathroom with large shower with waterfall shower head, towel radiator. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS.

Morecambe 2.8 miles; Lancaster 6.1 miles.

Heysham is a picturesque coastal village resting just a few miles from the town of Morecambe and the city of Lancaster. Woodland, open grassland and sandy beaches surround this village which houses a selection of shops, pubs, eateries and small businesses, offering something to suit all visitors. Brush up on the local history by spending time at the Heysham Heritage Centre, or if you are feeling adventurous, catch the ferry to the Isle of Man. Within striking distance is the larger town of Morecambe where you will find further amenities and attractions including the Eric Morecambe Statue and The Stone Jetty. Slightly further afield is the city of Lancaster, where you will find a medieval castle, four museums and Williamson Park which often hosts open-air concerts during the summer. Heysham is a peaceful base for exploring the area further.
