Once again we felt welcome. The caravan was very clean and tidy and welcoming. The information packs were an added extra which we did use. The addition of Sky Q and Netflix was an added bonus. The positioning of the caravan is very good.

We did have a couple of days bad weather but still had an amazing time and we just watched films. Its home from home. Got everything that is needed there. We especially love the power shower. Its a lovely and quiet area. Our dogs loved their time there. Its so close to the beach which we all love. Our daughter cant wait to go again next year. We would definitely recommend staying in this caravan. We cannot fault anything, Jackie and mike both times has made us feel very welcome. We are looking forward to our next stay. “Fantastic caravan probably the best we have ever stayed in.”

Lots of little extras which really added a nice touch. Caravan is in a quiet area which suited our needs, only 5 min walk to the main centre. Jackie was superb with all information and made the whole check-in/check-out process was seamless. Thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here and would 100% recommend.

“We had a week in this lovely caravan from 03-08-24 to 10-08-24.”

The van was spotlessly clean and was a home from home. Jackie had thought of everything you could possibly need. There was sky in the master bedroom which was a real bonus and there was lots of DVD's in the 2nd bedroom which our grandson was made up with. He had a fabulous time. Highly recommend this caravan.

“Me, my partner, daughter and 2 dogs absolutely loved our week in the caravan.”

It is absolutely gorgeous the best we've stayed in. Dog treats was even left for the dogs which was lovely. We had everything we needed. We liked the fact there was a shower hose outside with warm water to clean both dogs down after been on the beach. The car parking space was excellent. there was plenty of room there to manovoe. Our daughter loved the caravan and enjoyed playing the family games that was there. The caravan was in a good location not far from the beach. We are hoping to book again for next year. We stayed at ocean edge leisure park on week commencing 4/9/23 The caravan was lovely very clean and great ammenaties ie washing machine WiFi and sky TV aswell was delightful to stay in and had decking and seating outside only a 5 min walk to beach We all really enjoyed our stay In morecambe and the caravam was fantastic Owner was very easy to deal with and if I was to go to Morecambe again I would book this caravan I can not speak highly enough of our experience Thankyou for a enjoyable stay

The caravan is beautiful inside. Very clean and tidy and smelt lovely inside. Best caravan we have stayed in. It even as WiFi which was great for the kids. They have thought of everything, you won't be disappointed. Full contact with owner throughtout holiday. Lovely location, some nice Seaviews from the clifftop and nice places to walk too. “Caravan was fine, and the booking process was fine but then accused of all kinds of nonsense by the owner, her cleaners, and neighbors.”

Accused of having 7 people living in the caravan when only 2 people lived in it. I was so mad at this accusation I even e-mailed the owner my booking for the rest of my family who stayed at another caravan! Also I was told by the owner that it took 3 cleaners 4 hours to clean the caravan. No way. I think the cleaners are at it! The last time I deal with owners. Avoid!

So clean and I love the veranda because it means my dog jack can just roam about freely. My daughter and grandson came along for a couple of days, never saw my grandson except for feeding, loves it here and i dont have to worry about him. 5mins from Morcambe which I also love. 5* will be back again

This caravan exceeded expectations. Everything has been done to make you feel at home, all the little extras give it the personal finishing touch. It is in the perfect position to enjoy the decking and furniture, we were lucky enough to get sun most of the day. A good relaxing holiday. We will definitely visit again.

“We have had caravan holidays all over Britain and this caravan surpassed all others in facilities, cleanliness and value for money, have never had free wifi and sky tv in any so this was a real bonus.”

The standard of this accommodation was definitely 5 star and and I would recommend to anyone have never been in a caravan that had a bath and an on suite shower, there is even a little dog shower outside for the dogs if they get dirty. the owners have certainly gone the extra mile with this caravan and I am looking forward to returning next year .

It is in a lovely quiet part of the park but not too far away from all of the activities. The caravan is beautiful and as soon as you walk in you know you will love your stay. There was everything you could need and the welcome basket was perfect and really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect. This will definitely be our first choice whenever we stay at ocean edge. Jackie was so helpful and was there if anything was ever needed. We had a lovely weekend and will definitely be back again.

“If your looking for a caravan that is clean, modern and positioned in a quiet part of the park then this is it.”

From the moment you see it you know your in for a treat. Jackie has thought of everything to make your holiday a memorable one. The little extras like tea,coffee and toiletries are most welcome after your journey and the added extra of Sky TV is definitely a plus. Beds are made up on arrival and are so comfy. And to have a shower and a bath was great for us. We went into Morcombe and had ice cream and fish and chips by the sea. A visit to the little half moon Bay cafe is a must. The park and ride for Lancaster is a short distance from the site and is worth a visit. All in all we had a fabulous time and will definitely be returning. Thanks Jackie for the use of your caravan and for also making the booking process so easy ????

It is bang upto date with WI-FI available as well as Sky TV. Nice large parking bay as well. The ensuite shower is very good and the main bathroom is a decent size with a full size bath. Great caravan for a weeks stay, couldn't have asked for more.

The Caravan itself is absolutely beautiful, smells lovely and so nicely decorated with so many extras making such a home from home feel. First Caravan we have stayed in with a real bath. All little extras provided, everything thought of by the owners down to the littlest details, even a basket of toiletries on the bed when we arrived. There is also an outside shower for the dog, so thank you guys he really enjoyed his warm shower. We will definitely be booking again, could of easily stayed longer. On entry to the caravan we couldn't get over how lovely it was it smelt gorgeous. Jackie provide lots of extras cleaning products tea coffee milk jams etc . We always enjoy our stay. The caravan is very clean and makes for a very comfortable stay. It's a good site for kids too but ours are older now. We love to go down to the beach and there's also Half Moon bay not far with a small cafe on the beach. There's a handy outside shower to wash the dog off so you don't need to worry if he/she gets dirty. I would hate to get the new carpets messy. Any problems Jackie or Mike are always on hand. We will be definitely be returning at some point. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely caravan xx

It was incredibly clean, comfortable and had all of the mod cons which made it feel like a home-from-home. I stayed there with my partner and our small dog, who was also well catered for - including an outdoor shower which was great for muddy paws and boots! We have stayed on this site before but not in this van, there was myself, my husband and out dog. We were met on arrival, taken to the van and given a tour to explain everything. The van was immaculate, with an en suite and a second bathroom with a bath in. TVs in both bedrooms, an American fridge freezer, washing machine and even a dishwasher. There are also dog bowls provided should you need them. Plenty of pots and cutlery. The owner is very amiable and easy to deal with.This caravan is exceptional, we will be booking it again and tbh I can't wait. xx

We didn’t have children with us but noticed a fantastic array of games/activities to keep them occupied if needed. Would most certainly give the highest recommendations for any one to stay at this caravan as you will want to stay again, as myself and husband do, even the dog, who didn’t want to leave, she loved all the beautiful local walks. “We always stay at Jackies caravan, this is our 1st time in their new van.”

They have gone the extra mile again as they always do at providing everything possible to ensure we felt protected from Covid 19 by emailing us all the appropriate paperwork necessary to show the exrta measures they have put into place like sanitising the keys before handing them to us, providing hand sanitizer & Dettox spray as you walk through the door, sanitising all touch zone areas plus lots of other reassuring ideas.. You can tell they have gone to a lot of effort to make everything as safe as possible. You won't find a caravan as lovely & welcoming as this caravan and thats why we come back every year. Our dog loved the new decking area as he found it fun to walk out the front patio doors & come back in through the side door as the decking stretches all down the side as well. Loved the dish washer and the large TV in the bedroom, no one arguing what they want to watch and the waterfall shower in the en - suite was fabulous. Needless we will be coming back again next year, if that's ok

The caravan was both spacious and very clean with everything you could possibly need. The kids enjoyed having TV's in each of the bedrooms when the weather wasn't so good and the large decking area was very nice, the dog loved lounging in the sun. Booking was simple and the owner always available to answer any queries. All in all a fantastic base for a lovely holiday and much nicer than the usual holiday park caravans. Many thanks once again.

We did have bad weather for the majority of our week stay but as the caravan was so well equiped and made homely it made our stay so much more enjoyable. Facilities in caravan were lovely. Having use of an american style fridge freezer, dishwaser, washing machine and power shower/bath too. Makes all the difference. No expense spared. Felt a luxurious caravan. Worth every penny. Walks were lovely around the park too. Dogs loved it aswell. Hope to come back again soon. Well recommended.

“What a gorgeous caravan,was spotlessly clean,in every area,Jackie leaves lots of the cleaning material so you can clean after yourself,the living space is large with a lovely fire very comfortable.”

Kitchen is quite large,with a huge fridge freezer,lots of plates,cups and glasses,every thing you will need.There are two bathrooms one en-suite for master bedroom with shower toilet and wash. basin walk-in wardrobe,all you have to take is Towels and toileteries,everything else is there,it is also pet friendly which was a blessing for us,the decking is a balcony with seating,outside eating area and a line.Jackie is a phone call away if you need anything.We will be going back all being well in September.Book and enjoy you will love it.

It is super clean,you don’t need to bring anything but towels and any toiletries you use,having said that ,Jackie leaves a good assortment of mini shampoos,body cream etc..... Didnt need to rush out to buy any essentials all provided . None of this 1 toilet roll & a squirt of washhng up liquid a plenty supply of everything . Loved the picnic basket & all the accessories to go with it, used it on our walk by the river. Our little boy loved it & really grateful for the fans provided espeecially at nigjt. Cant thank you enough for letting us stay, we cant wait to return.

Great communication with the owner and the meet n greet lady on site. The caravan is beautiful. Home from home with everything you need for a perfect holiday. I was pleased with the washing machine and my partner and child were happy with Sky TV! It was lovely relaxing on the patio in the sunshine and knowing that it was secure for my child and dog. Plenty to do in the area and ideal location for days out to The Lake District or across to the Yorkshire Dales or down to Blackpool. The beautiful weather for most of the week made it a great holiday although a bumpy ride home throu Storm Hannah. Will be booking again for next year and would highly recommend this caravan to stay in.

“We had a lovely two week stay, calm and peaceful even though the weather on the first week was rubbish the second week made up for it.”

The caravan was beautiful and lovely and clean with everything that you could wish for including leads and bowls for the dogs. The toiletries and welcome pack awaiting us was a pleasant surprise and what with sky q and music in every room what more could you ask for. We had lovely sights and sea~views and nice walks. Full credit to Jackie the owner from the start of the booking until we left everything flowed with no hitches and meet and greet Jackie was on call at all times in case we needed her. We cannot fault this caravan and it deserves more than 10 out of 10. All we can say is that this is one of the best caravans we have stayed in fully equipped and all you had to bring was yourselves animals and bath towels and enjoy yourselves which we did. We look forward to staying again.

“We have just had a 4 night stay in this caravan and the caravan was lovely, very comfy leather corner unit along with a good sized TV in the room, there was a nice seating area outside the door and parking for 2 cars which is always good, The large bed was very nice, the whole caravan has been well thought out to provide you comfort throughtout your stay, it was nice to find a washer in the carvan and the little extra toiletries were excellent as were the tea,coffee, jams etc, a nice touch to welcome you, I would reccomend this caravan to any one.”

It is a large caravan park but was very quiet where we were, we visited the bar a couple of times and the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Jackie greeted us very well as we arrived and checked out. The caravan is a credit to Jackie and will be visiting again

Lovely & quiet considering it was school holidays. Weather was a bit hit n miss but the sky Q was a bonus we certainly wasn't expecting that in a caravan, watched a few movies n the games we had a giggle with along with a glass of wine, took me back to how it was when we where kids, non of the finishing touches in them days. The owner has made this so welcoming & homely we agree with the past guests we didn't want the go home. The dogs loved going down to the beach for a swim each day & what a cracking idea to put an outdoor shower in just to wash the digs off. We came a couple of years ago the weather was fantastic the kids loved to go n play footy n watch a film on the sky q. Who would think you would get sky q in a caravan. Returned to Jackie's Gorgeous Caravan on entry she has had all her decking done with false grass it looked beautiful with all her lovey decking furniture when we opened the door and entered it was like being home from home spotless not a thing out of place and there as always the basket of luxuries with everything in from tea ,coffee,sugar and even little pots of jam & marmalade on entry to the bedroom another litlle basket of luxuries you don't need to worry if you forget anything because you know jackie will have it from even dog bowls to dog bags and even need and thread she is amazing her Caravan deserves more than a 10 rating anyone who books her Caravan will always want to return because you will not get a nicer Caravan than Jackie's for your money also must mention Jackie the meet and greets lady on your arrival she his a lovely lady on hand if you need her and she does a fantastic job of making it lovely and clean for the next booking thanks again Jackie for letting us have your Caravan once again we will be back and Sam said (Woof )Woof xxx

Everything you need is in van and it was very clean and quiet,even though the camp was busy. Had welcome pack of milk, tea,coffee, sugar and jam and all the toiletries you need and Jackie who looks after the van is nearby if any problems arise. “We made a last min booking and we where so delighted with the caravan, it had new carpets just been fitted and sky q which was an added bonus.”

The meet n greet lady was there waiting for us when we arrived and showed us up to the caravan and where everything was which I thought was a lovely touch. We loved where the caravan was and how lovely it was presented and the lovely added extras which made our holiday break feel special, All the extras like loo rolls in their plenty, toiletries and welcome pack which I was glad I didn't have to go out and stock up on essentials as soon as we arrived. Normally beds in caravans are uncomfortable and Gordy bedding on, but this was beautifully dressed and the bedding was ironed and really soft and smelt lovely and fresh. The overall presentation was wonderful and we will be planning to return next year. Oh another good point I got my security deposit back that evening which I was chuffed about. Thanks again for letting us rent your lovely caravan x

“We stayed at this lovely caravan for a week and we where pleasantly surprised at all the little carefully thought out touches the owners included, from being met at the entrance and showed up to the caravan, show where everything was and worked, to the complimentary welcome back in the kitchen and the lovely toiletries in the bedroom like you would get in a 5* hotel.”

The caravan was beautifully presented with fresh smelling crisp bedding and extra blankets to beautiful décor and cleaned to a very high standard, We loved its position as it was away from the busy entertainment area so it was lovely to sit on the decking just watching the world go by. We ventured out using some of the information in the file and leaflets of the surrounding area and was glad that the king size bed was so comfy after a day out. We will book again for this caravan as the owner made the booking process so easy and refunded our security deposit within 2 days of us leaving. A big thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay and a big thank you to the meet n greet lady who was charming and nothing was too much trouble. The Blinston Family

Spotless, Cosy,well equiped, in fact it would rate as one of the best we have stayed in. Jackie has really thought it out and made sure that every little detail is planned to perfection. Tea, coffee, sugar, Loo rolls, even doggy poo bags were provided free of charge. Who else provides all of this and more?? “This is our third visit to this wonderful place, we love everything about it from the lovely presented caravan to all the lovely walks we have had.”

For the time of year we did really well with the weather and this made taking the dogs out much more enjoyable. we walked down to the nature reserve then into the bottom end of site to a little part of the beach where the dogs could have a daily swim it was that warm for the time of year. everyone involved in the whole process of booking, welcoming and being on hand should we need them makes us keep returning and we will be doing the same again next year thank you to you all. don't know what we would do if they didn't let their beautiful caravan out.

! Jackie very kindly held our booking while we were getting confirmation of other appointments and then confirmation/payment was straightforward. When we arrived we were met at the gate of the site and shown around the caravan and how everything worked. The caravan was superb-spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and had everything in it you could wish for. It was great to sit on the varander in the evening sunshine. Fabulous!!

The booking was so straight forward &lovely to be met at the entrance & shown around, never had that before. The rooms where bright n smelt lovely & clean, the beds where so comfy & smelt gorgeous.The weather was really good & we made most of the outside space & visited Kirby Longsdale, Kendal, Keswick & Lancaster. We have all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and had georgeous weather too. Caravan - clean, beautifully presented and it really felt like home from home. Beds are so comfortable. “I stayed in jackie and mikes caravan on the these dates.”

We were kindly met at the entrance of the park and shown exactly where to go(usually we are wondering around a park for ages trying to find the van). We were blown away when we stepped inside the pictures do not do this van justice.Everything was catered for from dog essentials , we had a large golden labrador with us to dvd entertainment. The washing machine was a godsend as we had our 1 year old grandson with us. the verandah was great as the dog and the baby could wander out and in as they chose and you were not looking for them every second. I used some of the amenities on site the first was the swimming pool which was good and the kids softplay which is more for older kids but he enjoyed running around this and it tired him out. The surrounding area was lovely we took a drive into morecombe and a walk along the promenade. My husband had one of the most relaxing holidays to date because the caravan was a home from home.MANY THANKS FOR LETTING US STAY

“Myself and my 2 girls have had a lovely holiday here, we loved the on site facilities and trips to the butterfly house & park in Lancaster.”

Happy mount park in Morecambe was brilliant. The caravan was so comfortable it was like staying in a hotel, we didn't want to go home. Everyone involved made us feel welcome with meeting us on arrival, showing us around the caravan, where everything was n how it all worked, we couldn't have asked for any more.. We met up with some friends who had rented through site and paid more than us and their caravan wasn't a patch on this one. I just loved opening the curtains in a morning n being able to get a glimpse of the sea. Great value for money we loved this beautiful caravan & will defiantly return, soon hopefully thanks Zena, Ella & Grace

“We have stayed in many caravans all over the UK using this website and we must say this caravan is up there with the best.”

We travelled from the West Coast of Scotland and as we would say in Scotland the caravan is FANDABIDOZY!! Everything you could need, very comfortable and very very clean. Jackie the "meeter and greeter" does a very good job keeping the caravan so clean and tidy and is very helpful. We had a lovely stay and our 2 Golden Retriever dogs had a fab time too.

“This is a beautiful clean caravan to stay in, the pictures on site do not do it justice.”

When you walk in you certainly get the wow factor especially the main bedroom. It is a credit to the owners and Jackie the cleaner both very accommodating and helpful. Lots of lovely touches and the owners have thought of everything from the meet and greet, welcome pack, toiletries, dog bowls and even surround sound in every room, never had that before in a caravan or even in apartments for that matter. If you are thinking of going to this area then this is the van for you. Very comfortable caravan. We did not use facilities on site so cannot comment on this.

“Absolutely lovely caravan, everything you could possibly need is there for your use.”

Very clean and tidy and comfortable. Was met by Jackie and shown to van and she was on hand for any problems or questions. The booking was very easy, would highly recommend staying here and we will be back hopefully in the near future with our little dog Billy who really enjoyed all the nearby walks. “This is our 2nd time here and we absolutely love it here.”

Love the Newley vamped outdoor bit with astro turf and new out door Rattan furniture which where able to use at it was so nice on Good Friday. The site has has a new Arcade area and the Easter activities where brilliant. Our dogs love it up here especially the walks at half moon bay and there dip in the sea. Highly recommend staying here for the cleanliness the gorgeous smell from the freshly laundered bedding and how comfy the whole place is, a credit to all involved. We will be back again already booked a long weekend and planning to come and stay in the summer. Thanks the Birch family and dogs

“We loved every minuet here, the entertainment on site was fabulous and our nearly teenage son made friends very quickly, and he loved the pool activities as well as the Halloween party the best.”

Me and my mum had a great time in this beautiful caravan, gorgeous bedding that smelt so fresh and really comfy beds, the only suggestion I would have is that my mum couldn't sit n watch us in the pool, it would benefit from a café and viewing area, but as for everything else 100% customer satisfaction, hopefully if my mum is up to it we will be returning next year. “Fabulous home from home, so appreciated by our doggies.”

So many little nice touches, everything is supplied, we needn't have brought some of the stuff , you already supplied it. For us so much space that the kids bedroom was used as storage space. Talking about the kids bedroom, although we haven't got kids there is so much there to keep them occupied everything from crayons to board games. We had a go at Family fortunes, Sofa was really comfortable, I had a couple of holiday kips on there. loads of cushions very cosy. On suite toilet as well as shower room & toilet. Loved the surround sound throughout the caravan and we found that a lovely touch. One little suggestion there is so much in the kitchen on offer, but a cafetiere would be useful to make an occasional fresh coffee. But it was plus plus plus all the way. “Had a great 4 day break in this beautiful caravan ,we made a late booking but Jackie made the booking process very easy the caravan is accredit to Jackie and her family also to Jackie who met us with the key.”

All the beds were made up and there was tea coffee milk and individual potions of jam these small things were much appreciated the veranda was great as we have small dogs and could leave the caravan door open with out them getting out. the dogs had a great time on Heysham beach as when we were there they mostly had the beach to them selves, beds were very comfortable and every thing was very clean and tidy will definitely book this caravan again in the future would recommend to friends and family thank you Susan Alan Lindsey and the dogs amber poppy and sophie

THE CARAVAN IS BEAUTIFUL WITH ALL THE MOD CONS NEEDED FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY. WE WERE GREETED ON ARRIVAL BY A LOVELY LADY (ALSO NAMED JACKIE) ANOTHER SPECIAL TOUCH WAS A WELCOME PACK OF TEA,COFFEE,SUGAR & milk and also A TOILETRIES PACK. THE OWNERS SUPPLY EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED, ALL WE NEEDED WERE OUR OWN BATH TOWELS. WE MADE FULL USE OF AN INFO PACK LEFT FOR US FOR SIGHTS/WALKS. HEYSHAM HEAD WAS BY FAR THE BEST AS WE HAD THE BEACH ALL TO OURSELVES WATCHING THE SUN SET AND IS DOGGIE PARADISE FOR WALKING. THE CARAVAN IS ON A LOVELY QUIET SITE WITH PICTURESQUE VIEWS OF THE IRISH SEA AND NEIGHBOURING VIEWS OF THE HILLS & VALLEYS.I CANNOT PRAISE THE OWNERS ENOUGH AS YOU CAN TELL THEY TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR CARAVAN AS IT IS SPOTLESS. THESE ARE HONEST PEOPLE AS WELL AS I HAD UNKNOWINGLY LEFT BEHIND MY KINDLE BUT JACKIE TELEPHONED ME TO LET ME KNOW. IT WAS POSTED ONTO ME AND I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH. “I really cannot praise this van too highly.”

We had a great, relaxing week. The owner had thought of everything that we could possibly need, including poo bags and spare leads! Clean and comfortable, the van is sited towards the back of the park near to the shore. Our dog enjoyed sitting out on the (gated & safe) veranda just watching the world go by and there is a good place to walk dogs off the lead just 50yards outside the main park entrance. We will be back!

“Had a lovely relaxing stay the caravan had everything we could have hoped for and more.”

When we arrived there was a welcome pack waiting for us complete with toiletries and tea coffee etc which was a really nice touch! We loved the music which could be played in any room at the touch of a button the beds were really comfortable and there was a corner couch and tub chair which were much more comfortable then the average caravan set up. The caravan was spotless in a great location and we had everything we needed. The booking process all went smoothly and we would definitely book this caravan again, great value for money..thankyou.

Spacious 2 bedroom holiday home close to the surrounding areas of Lancaster, Morecambe & the the lake District There is un limited WiFi sky Tv with full 4package sky cinema, kids entertainment sports & on demand to extra cost. We offes a homely environment for either a weekend away, short break or main holiday, on the cliff top over looking the Irish Sea close to the historic village of Heysham on the southern shores of Morecombe Bay.

It is easily accessible from the M6 from both the North and South.

We still have a couple of dates left for this season so if you are looking for a last min holiday get in touch. We are now taking bookings for 2026 to get the dates you want, avoid disappointment & book early with just a £50 deposit.

If the dates you want are not shown ie a week instead of 3/:4 nights just get in touch.

This modern Carnaby Envoy has double glazing, patio doors opening out onto a large decking area (32ft long to the side with a lockable gate , & a 13ft wide by 8ft decking to the front) central heating with large private parking for 2 /3 cars with an outdoor patio area with seating for out door dining and relaxation.

It is quietly situated at the far side of the site and is just a short walk away from beach, the on site amenities and entertainment area. This 41ft x 13ft holiday home is modern, has an open plan living, dining area & very modern kitchen with intergraded appliances. The lounge has a 50" flat screen TV with SKY Q including sky sports, cinema/ movies kids entertainment catch up & on demand.

WiFi is now included at no extra cost .High gloss unit with changeable mood lighting, log effect fire with lighting.

Bluetooth speakers & spot lights in the vaulted ceiling as well as 2 large upright radiators.

There are a selection of books & Dvd's .2 large comfy sofas & large pouffe. Double patio doore leading onto a large decking area with outdoor furniture, the decking continues around the side for 32ft to the side door and a lockable gate. The open plan kitchen diner has a modern kitchen well equipped for all your needs, no need to pack all the extras or the kitchen sink, its all there.

There is a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools & a 4 seater dining table.

The kitchen has a full length pull out cupboard with large baskets to store all your food. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk jiggers, selection of jams and sugar packets as well as 2 t-towels, dish cloth, scourer & dish brush 2 dish washer tablets provided.

Double oven, integrated washing machine & dishwasher ( guests will need to supply own washing powder and dishwasher tablets ) large American fridge freezer with water dispencer, various temperature control to keep food just at the right temperature which keeps it fresher & crispier for longer, 5 ring gas hob, plinth lighting, undercounter glass shelf lighting.

Spot lights & velux windiw to let in more natural light. The Modern kitchen has plenty of cupboards/drawer space, cooking equipment and utensils, pots and pans, out door plastic plates and cups.

A picnic basket and ice block are all provided.

Welcome pack and cleaning essentials are provided on arrival.

Selection of Dog bowls, lead, few poo bags are also provided.

The hall way leads to a twin bedroom with generous sized single beds tastefully decorated ( beds made up for your arrival), wardrobe with hanging space, coat hangers, drawers and iron and ironing board.

Celing spot lights, wall light with reading light as well as USB point.

Wall mounted TV with built in DVD player & a selection of childrens DVD.

Selection of games colouring books & pens for our younger guests. Opposite is a family bathroom with WC, sink, bath with over the bath shower.

Mirrored bathroom cabinet & towel radiator ( guests will need to bring own towels) The boiler cupboard is off the hall way with hoover, brushes, mop and central heating controls. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a comfy king size bed with new mattress & now with full sky package.(beds made up for your arrival) Twin bedside tables with wall lights and usb point.

It benefits from a walk in wardrobe with shoe cupboard, shelving, plenty of hanging space, make up mirror, with shelf.

Spot lights in the vaulted ceiling to finish the room off.

En-suite bathroom with large shower with waterfall shower head, towel radiator. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS.

Heysham is a picturesque coastal village resting just a few miles from the town of Morecambe and the city of Lancaster. Woodland, open grassland and sandy beaches surround this village which houses a selection of shops, pubs, eateries and small businesses, offering something to suit all visitors. Brush up on the local history by spending time at the Heysham Heritage Centre, or if you are feeling adventurous, catch the ferry to the Isle of Man. Within striking distance is the larger town of Morecambe where you will find further amenities and attractions including the Eric Morecambe Statue and The Stone Jetty. Slightly further afield is the city of Lancaster, where you will find a medieval castle, four museums and Williamson Park which often hosts open-air concerts during the summer. Heysham is a peaceful base for exploring the area further.
