The property

?Beckses Caravan Park is a small, family run caravan park.

We are situated within the Lake District National Park, with easy access to the M6 Motorway at Junction 40, Penrith (7 miles), Ullswater (4miles) and Keswick (11miles) Base Camp Farm Shop (0.7 miles).

Beckses is well placed to offer easy access to the popular local tourist attractions.

There is a public bus route within 200m of the site, which runs to West Cumbria via Keswick through the summer. The Swift Moselle, new on the park 2024, comprises lounge, kitchen/diner, master bedroom (en-suite) with king size bed, twin bedroom, shower room/WC.

The caravan is double-glazed and has central heating.

Also provided are 37" Smart TV.

free WiFi, full size fridge-freezer and integrated microwave.

Outside there is ample car parking space, a grassed area and picnic table.

The caravan is fully equipped, bed linen is provided (please note that towels are not provided).

PENRITH

Keswick 17 miles; Carlisle 20 miles.

The bustling market town of Penrith, once the capital of Cumbria, enjoys a central position between the Lake District, the Westmoorland Dales and North Pennines and is ideally placed for taking in all that the region has to offer. Renowned for its wealth of specialist shops, the sandstone buildings of Penrith hide intriguing yards, lanes and alleyways, with a myriad of attractive cottages, gardens and little shops. With a wide choice of excellent pubs, hotels, restaurants and entertainment, Penrith also offers a museum, and Millennium Trails round the historic city streets. Within easy reach of the town is Rheged – an innovative visitor centre with shops, restaurants, exhibitions and a giant cinema screen showing educational and informative films. Brougham Castle, Brougham Hall (The Windsor of the North), Lowther Castle and Gardens, Long Meg and her daughters (the 3rd largest stone circle in England) and the historic city of Carlisle are all a short drive away, as is the stunning scenery of both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
