Just spent a lovely 3 nights at todber valley the caravan is quite a long walk from the reception area buts it's a lovely cozy caravan very clean with everything you need (except towels which we were aware of)we cant comment on the bar and restaurant as we never used them but they are very small overall a nice relaxing break

“On arrival to the park we had to walk to the caravan to retrieve the pass for the gate to enter .”

The caravan we hired was right at the bottom of a steep hill couldn't get any further away we wasn't allowed to drive down as needed pass which is ridiculous our mobility isn't the best so was not good as had to go back to get car

I'm sorry that the arrival arrangements were inconvenient. Unfortunately, as a privately owned caravan on the park, the site does not allow private guests vehicle access through the barrier, so guests need to collect the barrier card from the caravan on arrival. This information is included in the listing so that guests are aware of the arrangement before booking. I was also happy to accommodate your request for an earlier check-in at no additional charge, and hope this helped you make the most of your five-night stay. “Very clean caravan and comfortable caravan in a quiet part of the park.”

The caravan overlooks fields and hills with lots of wildlife. Weather wasn't great but able to relax in the caravan, lots of games and videos provided. Everything there to start off your little break apart from bath towels, which wasn't an issue as I knew before I went. Todber Valley a quiet site with lovely countryside to explore.

We stayed for three nights to re-charge our batteries! If you're looking for a relaxing holiday or break I'd highly recommend this caravan. The owner, Sharon, was available to resolve any issues that may arise (we didn't have any) Thank you for a lovely break :)

The van was spotless on arrival with everything you would need . The welcome pack with dog treats was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this for a quiet break. It's a short drive to Skipton which is worth a visit. The on site pub was very dog friendly and food was good.

It was really well maintained and the cleanliness was second to none, the owners had thought of everything you could need which made our stay as comfortable as possible. “The owner more than helpful .”

Check in so easy. A wonderful welcome basket, the caravan so extremely clean throughout. Games and dvds available. Beds so comfortable. There were extra condiments and loo rolls etc available. WiFi too . Perfect ... the site is quiet and clean. Staff lovely. The field for sports basic but was nice enough to play football and basketball ... just idyllic surroundings. The local area just stunning. The park was great for kids too also close by to the pub restaurant The food was really nice and we used the app which was handy.. A reasonable price too. All in all highly recommend this accommodation and park if you want a very relaxed atmosphere and surroundings. We hope to come back again. A1 +++++

“Great holiday home on a peaceful site.”

Friendly owner who provided all details and instructions re key collection the alarm operations and instructions site maps to find the van. The caravan was warm clean and everything worked. The beds were super comfortable and the little touches of sweets for our 3 year old and dog treats were very thoughtful and much appreciated.

“After having stayed at Parkdean caravans on this site a few times we decided to try out an owner caravan and we were not disappointed.”

“Fabulous caravan in a beautiful location great base we managed to visit Settle,Bowness and Morecombe Bay over the weekend ,the caravan is in a nice quiet spot,very clean with lovely furnishings and kitchen has everything you need,a handy BBQ for the warmer days and the bed was extremely comfortable!”

We didn't use the parks onsite facilities so can't comment.There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival and all the information you need from Sharon.We visited with our almost 3 year old so can recommend for anyone with toddlers.We will absolutely return!

The property

We invite you to book a stay at our lovely holiday home at Todber Valley.

Ideally situated in a countryside location it is perfect for exploring the local area with Bowland Forest (an area of outstanding natural beauty) to the west and Pendle Hill to the south.

For those wishing to travel further afield the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District are both within easy reach.

There are trails to explore both on foot and mountain bike or you can visit the historic towns of Skipton, Clitheroe and Harrogate which are all close by. The park is in a peaceful setting with a children's outdoor play area, secure dog walking area, football field and The Steamer Inn - a restaurant and bar with outdoor terrace and occasional evening weekend entertainment.

There is also an onsite launderette and small shop selling basic essentials. Our modern two bedroom caravan has central heating, double glazing and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave.

It has a spacious lounge and dining area with smart TV, DVD player and double sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.

WiFi available in the caravan and at The Steamer Inn.

Our patio area has outdoor seating and BBQ for use by guests - weather permitting. We are dog friendly and there is no extra charge for pets - maximum two dogs allowed. Bedding, hand towels and tea towels are all provided at no extra cost - please remember to bring bath towels. Complimentary tea and coffee are available and guests are welcome to make use of the small selection of toiletries available.
