The property

We invite you to book a stay at our lovely holiday home at Todber Valley.

Ideally situated in a countryside location it is perfect for exploring the local area with Bowland Forest (an area of outstanding natural beauty) to the west and Pendle Hill to the south.

For those wishing to travel further afield the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District are both within easy reach.

There are trails to explore both on foot and mountain bike or you can visit the historic towns of Skipton, Clitheroe and Harrogate which are all close by. The park is in a peaceful setting with a children's outdoor play area, secure dog walking area, football field and The Steamer Inn - a restaurant and bar with outdoor terrace and occasional evening weekend entertainment.

There is also an onsite launderette and small shop selling basic essentials. Our modern two bedroom caravan has central heating, double glazing and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave.

It has a spacious lounge and dining area with smart TV, DVD player and double sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.

WiFi available in the caravan and at The Steamer Inn.

Our patio area has outdoor seating and BBQ for use by guests - weather permitting. We are dog friendly and there is no extra charge for pets - maximum two dogs allowed. Bedding, hand towels and tea towels are all provided at no extra cost - please remember to bring bath towels. Complimentary tea and coffee are available and guests are welcome to make use of the small selection of toiletries available.
